College teacher resignation report

Dear Leader, President Xu:

Because of personal values, I refrain from resigning my current job and hope to approve it! If the school is convenient, I hope to leave at some time in November or before!

Since I entered xxx TV University in XX, I have not experienced the wind and rain of the TV University, but I have also witnessed the progress of the TV University from the predicament to the glory. I did a lot of work at the TV University, and the TV University also gave me a lot of rewards. The TV University made me not have to work hard for my life, so that my life has no worries. TVU takes care of my life!

However, I always thought that school is a hotbed of people's life. From the time when I was still a child of innocence, the school gave me a safe and warm environment, taught me knowledge and nurtured me to grow. When I was young and self-reliant, I left the school and prepared to go to the society to practice myself. As a result, I entered the school. After all, school life is simple and peaceful. I have never been willing to spend my whole life in an environment like school. So when a good opportunity came, I chose to leave. I hope that I can go to the society to receive real exercise, and rely on my own hard work to win the ground for the sun.

In the past 7 years, at the TV University, I have had deep feelings with my colleagues. The TV University has given me an unprecedented sense of belonging. When I left the TV University at this time, there was a strong sense of loss in my heart. Maybe in the future, I will never have this sense of belonging now, and there will be no such rapport with my colleagues. However, the real warrior dares to endure loneliness. Regardless of the success of the future, the process of facing challenges and working hard to achieve my goals alone will be the wealth of my life.

I am grateful to my colleagues for their care and help over the years. I especially want to thank President Xu. The harmonious and progressive campus environment was built under the leadership of President Xu. Without such an environment, I will not be able to work so long at the TV University. When the TV University was in trouble, President Xu gave me, brought hope to all the teachers, and turned hope into reality.

From a personal point of view, it is difficult to describe the reasons for thanking him in words. Perhaps there are too many reasons to explain them one by one. But under his leadership, he can always feel the warmth of being cared for. He always feels that he is always with you. He always feels that the team he leads is behind me as my strong backing. I can feel his care and training for me. Every time I talked to him, it made me feel like a spring breeze. With such a leadership, what can you ask for?

I also want to thank Vice President Li Zhen, who is no longer in the university. I am very admired for his clear thinking and the establishment of a series of systems for managing school affairs. For me personally, Vice President Li’s care for me is also meticulous. I am very grateful to Vice President Li for his trust, care and cultivation. In many ways, Vice President Li is an example for me to learn.

I would also like to thank my Director Yang Chuanlong. He has always been very supportive of my work, gave me a lot of guidance, and cared for my growth.

Also, I would like to thank all my colleagues. Such a beautiful working environment was created by my colleagues. And these years at the TV University will also be a wonderful memory in my life!

I will not forget the TV University, I will not forget the colleagues who have worked together!
