Class hygiene proposal

Six classmates: Recently, the health conditions in our class have not been very good. Garbage can be seen everywhere: milk bags, transparent plastics, etc., and the littering of these students let us go to the proper state of cleanliness. The students thought these Small trash won't affect the class, but if everyone is so unrestrained, our classroom will be a junkyard.
I feel that the environmental sanitation of our class is not closely related to the following points.

1. The health awareness is not strong enough. As mentioned above, the students all have to leave the little garbage left by themselves, but don't care, so the classroom must be littered in the sky.

2, too lazy. The garbage bins of our class are placed in the corner. The farthest from there is our first group. The students in our group are too lazy to go over. They are usually called near students to the trash or littered. The classmates will throw into the rubbish bin like a shot. If they don't throw in, they will not bother to pick up, causing the dirt around the rubbish bin to be full.

3, dependent on the value of life. Most of my classmates think: It's okay to have a value for daily cleaning. It is because of these three points that our classroom is not clean.
I suggest that a garbage bag is placed on the table of the second classmate in the group, which solves the problem of classmates being lazy. Another suggestion is that the classmates in the group will add one point to pick up a piece of garbage. The highest classmates in each group will be exempted from doing a week and let the students with the lowest scores sweep. I believe that students will develop good habits.
