Recommendation on environmental protection

Dear Director of the Environmental Protection Bureau:
Hello! Now, our mother, the earth, is crying sadly. She unselfishly provides us with natural resources. However, people who arbitrarily destroy natural resources and abuse chemicals indiscriminately can not only make them unable to regenerate, but also cause a series of ecological disasters. Here, the Secretary is requested to appeal to the citizens of our city to observe the following points together:
First: Do not indiscriminately cut trees, and plant more trees.
Second: use less disposable chopsticks and use less white tableware to reduce air pollution.
Third: Do not discharge sweat to the sea or river, and catch garbage floating on the water.
Fourth: save water, tighten the faucet when leaving the faucet. Save electricity and turn off the power when not in use. Save paper, throw it without writing a few words.
