Proposal to cherish resources and protect the environment

Dear Mayor:
Hello!
I am very sorry, I am bothering you, I hope you can take a look at my proposal. I am a sixth grader. When I learned the third set of texts, I knew that the earth is unique. Humans cannot expect to migrate to other planets, and natural resources are limited. So we can't destroy the earth, we must cherish the resources on earth.
Although I know how to cherish resources and protect the environment, I find that there are many bad things around me. Some women beside my house, when they wash their clothes, they put the bucket under the free tap to pick up the water, but they walked and chatted, and they didn't care if the water was full. In the school, some students will forget to turn off the water after washing the towel, so that the faucet has been flowing. Not only the phenomenon of water resources, but also the phenomenon of environmental pollution. For example: everyone littering garbage, washing the dishes and throwing the leaves in the river. I am also a common phenomenon of wasting electricity. At home, no one is watching TV, and the phone is not charged immediately.
These bad phenomena are too many, because people's environmental awareness is weak, and the government departments do not have strict systems and corresponding penalties. But now that the remedy is still too late, we should think of ways to stop it. For example, let the water faucets in more places become general-purpose faucets. In areas without such conditions, a sign can be placed next to the water pool to remind people to close the faucet. This will avoid wasting water. We also need to expand publicity efforts, try not to send out leaflets, but let TV stations allocate more work-earning advertisements to give people a sense of responsibility to protect the environment. Preventing pollution from the automobile must first start with automobile exhaust and prohibit some emissions. Big cars are on the road, or these cars are refitted to make all cars green. To protect the environment, we must take strong actions, add more bad barrels on the road, and throw garbage to people who are fine.
