Recently, I found that the cleanliness of the river needs to be managed. The river began to turn black and began to smell bad. Even the small fish and shrimp in the water died, floating on the water. I was very sad.
These problems are mainly caused by the dumping of the waste water of the citizens in the community, and the discharged waste water enters the sewer pipe, and the outlet of the sewer pipe is the river water. Every day, a lot of river water is polluted, but the citizens are still getting worse. When they go to the river to wash their clothes, the river becomes very dark. Some people throw the snack bag after eating into the water, causing the air in the water to smell. The river that was once so beautiful was so polluted.
So here, I would like to advise you that you can better protect the river and make it look back.
1. You can turn the outlet direction of the sewer pipe to the edge of the soil. This will not only reduce the pollution of the river, but also make the soil more fertile, make the trees taller, and the fruit can be more sweet;
2. A notice can be issued to warn the residents of each building that they are not allowed to go to the river to wash their clothes. This way the river can reduce stinky. If some residents do not listen to dissuasion and still go to the river to wash their clothes, they can only use the "killer" - fine. Correct! It is a fine, according to the number of washing clothes, doubled, just started, the first fine is 50 yuan, once, once, if you don't want to stay at home;
3. Install a monitor on the lamp by the river to see who is littering the river, find them, educate them, and keep them from throwing rubbish by the river. Let them also be a "monitor" and also monitor whether others are littering and educating them.
Although this is only my suggestion, I hope that it can be implemented and let every river return to its original state. It is not only river water, but resources such as forests, minerals and atmosphere can no longer be wasted.
