The breakfast problem is also reflected in the fact that most of the students do not know the reasonable choice and match. Many students have long eaten a type of breakfast and a serious partial eclipse.
Scientific research shows that not eating breakfast is extremely damaging. Long-term lack of breakfast will seriously affect the body's nutrient intake, damage the cognitive ability of primary school students, foster the cultivation and play of creativity, hinder the development and maintenance of physical endurance, and directly lead to the lack of breakfast. In recent years, the obesity rate of primary school students in China has increased. In addition, not eating breakfast can also induce gallstones, gastritis, anemia and other diseases.
So what is a reasonable and nutritious breakfast? According to the requirements of balanced nutrition, the food is divided into four categories, including cereals, meat, milk and soy products, and vegetables and fruits. If you have the above four types of things in your breakfast, you will have enough nutrition for breakfast. If you eat 3 of them, the breakfast quality is good. If you choose only two of them, the breakfast quality is poor.
