Proposal to the principal

Dear principal:
Hello!
I am an ordinary student in the school. I have lived in school for more than five years. Our school is a beautiful big garden. It is a common home of teachers and students. Here, I can smell fresh air every day, and I am happy that I can study in such an environment. However, I found that some students are destroying our "home." You see, the plastic bag with bread on the corridor is "dancing". However, none of the classmates passing by will pick up. In order to have a better environment for the school, I would like to make the following suggestions:
1. Use the red scarf broadcast and bulletin board to tell the students about the little knowledge about environmental protection.
2. Set up an environmental protection team to let the students participate voluntarily. The students of the environmental protection team regularly go to the corridors every day to check. If they see garbage, they will immediately pick up and throw them into the trash can. If you see which classmates threw it, give appropriate criticism. And reward the students who are found.
3. Call on the students to make a handwritten report on environmental protection to enhance their environmental awareness.
4. Set up a rating column for “environmental flow red flag”. Let the students of the environmental squad go to the classes every 2:30 every afternoon to check the health situation and urge the students to pay attention to hygiene.
