Proposal for improving the campus environment

Dear school leader:
Hello!
I am a student of the sixth grade of our school. I have lived this whole new campus for a whole year. In this year, I have established a profound friendship with this new learning environment. I have been in this beautiful campus for 8 hours a day and I know everything about it.
Our campus is like a beautiful large garden with a circular flower garden with white flowers and a green lawn on the straight hardened road. The flat water playground is fascinating, the indoor stadium like a fortress, and the flexible wooden floor allows people to walk inside and feel full of movement. We can continue to exercise in harsh environments.
The classmates are all upstairs in class, and the students play in the corridor, chat and so on. One day, when I passed downstairs, I saw that there was something falling in the air. I seriously looked at the food bag that was the snack of the classmates who went upstairs. Later, such things happened constantly, and sometimes there was something. The fruit skins fall from the sky and sometimes fall on the heads of others. Why is this uncivilized thing happening?
In the daily life with classmates, some students answered the uncivilized phenomenon of throwing plastic bags, fruits and fruits from the upper floor. They said that there was no garbage bin from the second floor, and in ten minutes, I didn't expect to throw rubbish downstairs, so I threw it away in the hallway upstairs. And always fell to the birth of pedestrians.
There is a wind here, and there are some bags in the wind. People want to leave here immediately. What causes the flat mirrored playground to become like this?
In the consultation classmates, I learned that there are no garbage bins on the playground and the playground. Therefore, the students just throw away the bags after eating the things, which caused the current wind together and the garbage to fly.
Many of the above uncivilized phenomena, so I suggest:
1. There are also several trash cans on other floors of the school, or you can build more garbage spots.
2. The environmental problem on the playground is that there is no garbage bin on the road next to the playground, so people only throw garbage at the sailor. It is recommended to set a few more barrels next to it.
3. In the society, we are all educating people to be civilized. We can also use this as a topic to launch a civilized competition and advocate students to become a civilized student.
I hope that the school leaders can adopt my opinions and make our campus more clean and beautiful.
