Saving water and electricity proposal

Dear cadre of the Department of Political Affairs and Education:
We live in this hall of knowledge and are very happy. However, I found out that there are still some shortcomings in the school: the students did not turn off the faucet after washing the hands in the toilet. The water of the white flowers ran away little by little, which was very wasteful. We all know that we can drink on the earth. There is very little water, and they are so wasted... Maybe they found that they stopped water when they opened the tap, and they forgot to turn it off; maybe they thought it was the water of the public, they didn’t have to spend their own money, so they didn’t bother to go off. ......The reason for this is because of the waste caused by the poor environmental awareness of the students. If the bad habit of using water is not changed, the world’s water resources will be exhausted. Everyone should know that if there is no world. What will happen to water? Here are my suggestions for:
1. Announce the telephone number of the maintenance faucet worker in each class.
2. Issue a proposal at the school to raise students' awareness of environmental protection.
3. Send cadre cadres to inspect on various floors, and find that those who are bad at environmental protection are subject to penalty points.
4. Hold more activities about fighting for environmental protection.
5. Promote environmental knowledge through broadcast or multiple channels.
In order to be a true green school, please adopt my suggestion.
