在見習人員的招募、組織上，我們堅持“基層對接、就近就便”的原則，市、縣團委負責見習人員的招募和組織對接工作，根據崗位需求情況組織推薦本地青年參與見習，同時接收外地青年到本地企業見習。學校團委聯繫建立的見習基地直接面向本校學生招募見習人員。見習青年既可以直接向用人單位所在地團委申請，也可以要求自己所在地縣級團委或學校團委推薦崗位。見習崗位信息和見習報名電話我們已在有關媒體和團屬網站上公布。在見習基地和見習人員的對接上，鼓勵青年在家庭所在地見習，異地見習情況由用人單位與見習人員或見習人員所在單位協商解決。見習人員見習期間的管理以企事業單位為主，由企事業單位與見習人員簽訂見習協定書。各級團組織要努力做到責任明確、跟蹤指導，與用人單位和見習人員建立有效地溝通聯繫渠道，及時掌握用人單位和見習人員的思想動態，分層次、分類別地做好服務。
3、不斷拓展工作思路，努力打造工作品牌。
為形成共青團“青年就業創業見習基地”長效機制，促進工作的長期深入開展，我們正在協助團中央制定修改《共青團“青年就業創業見習基地”實施細則》，實施細則的出台將進一步規範基地建設、提升工作層次。同時，為方便見習基地申請和見習人員參與，提高工作效率，讓基地建設工作更加著實，我們在“吉林青年就業創業行動”網站上專門開闢了共青團“青年就業創業見習基地”欄目，建立見習基地工作網路管理系統，逐步實現見習基地申請、崗位信息發布、見習人員報名等工作的網路管理。
下一步，我們將重點做好以下四個方面工作：一是廣泛招募、嚴格考核、規範審批，創建更多的見習基地，為青年提供更多的見習崗位；二是科學對接、雙向選擇、集中上崗，做好青年與見習崗位的對接工作，定期召開就業創業見習招聘會，為基地提供更合適、更優秀的見習人員；三是建立檔案、分類管理、跟蹤服務，對已經走上見習崗位的青年建立詳細的資料資料庫，根據不同教育背景、不同發展需求、不同專業特點對青年進行分類管理和服務，努力幫助青年實現就業創業；四是加強指導、探索機制、做好評價，對基層團組織參與見習基地工作進行指導，規範基地建立運轉流程，定期對各級團委此項工作和各級基地進行總結評價，將共青團“青年就業創業見習基地”打造成新時期共青團服務青年就業創業工作新的品牌。
同志們、朋友們，事實證明，把服務青年就業創業作為共青團工作的一面旗幟，能夠代表和維護青年的利益，增進青年對黨和政府的感情，增強團組織對青年的凝聚力，把廣大青年吸引、團結在黨的周圍，鞏固黨的青年民眾基礎，切實履行好共青團組織的職責。全省各級團組織要繼續按照省委、省政府的工作部署，竭盡全力打造“吉林青年就業創業行動”精品工程，竭盡全力提高服務青年就業創業能力，竭盡全力滿足青年就業創業需求，通過爭取政策、做好引導、營造氛圍等手段，開創吉林省青年就業創業工作的新局面。
