Under the leadership of the head of the center's teaching and research group, the team leader is responsible for the preparation of grades and teaching research at the grade level, and strives to improve the quality of teaching in this year or the discipline.
1. Seriously study the new curriculum standards, clarify the teaching requirements of the national and junior colleges, and implement the teaching and research group plan.
2. Carefully analyze the intention of textbook writing, and formulate the grade teaching plan, teaching progress, teaching and research topics according to the age characteristics of the students, and report and study the group.
3. According to the school work plan, the work plan of the teaching office and the work plan of the teaching and research group, formulate the plan for the preparation of the class for the current semester and organize the implementation. When organizing a class to prepare lessons, teachers should conduct collective discussions at the same time as individuals prepare lessons independently. After the discussion, they will carry out reflection and reconstruction to form their own teaching plans. Collective lessons are prepared every two weeks. In addition, you can use the favorable conditions of the same-sector and the same office in the same year to conduct some seminars on the same topic or common issues. Collectively prepare lessons: set the time; set the teaching content; set the keynote speaker, set the topic.
Joint research:
The teaching objectives of each unit, as well as the development of teaching objectives for each class;
Key points, difficulties, doubts, and key points of each unit and each class hour;
Each lesson or assignment or practice at each lesson;
The choice of the organization and teaching methods of the teaching process in each lesson;
Unify the progress of the same grade, learn from each other's strengths, and improve together;
4. Seriously participate in the class evaluation activities and actively participate in the grinding activities of the same subject in the same year.
5. Develop a review plan for the discipline, and do a good job of proposition, test, scoring, performance statistics and quality analysis.
6. Actively carry out teaching and research activities, conscientiously implement the teaching and research topics of this group, and promote the quality of teaching through education and scientific research. A special research paper or research report is required to be submitted each semester.
