In order to ensure that the school property and teaching equipment are properly kept, and that the best use of the school is reflected in the purpose of education services, this system is specially formulated.
1. The school registration and storage system shall register and create all the property of the school, establish accounts, and carry out centralized numbering of the property such as desks, chairs, desks and chairs, and implement them in various classes and offices for custody.

3. Establish a school-based borrowing system. School property teaching equipment is generally not loaned. If teachers need special reasons, they must complete the borrowing procedures and do not allow them to be used casually.
Care should be taken during the use, especially the valuable teaching equipment should be used scientifically in strict accordance with the operation method. After the use is completed in time, the custodian should carry out the acceptance.
The school output should first fill out the school output loan order and submit it to the leadership for approval.
The school's property that is loaned shall be returned on time. The teacher who keeps it at the time of return shall carefully check it. If it is damaged, it must be compensated according to the price.
