2. All audio-visual equipment should be scientifically classified, and the cabinets should be positioned according to different types of equipment, so that they can be placed in order and the registration number is made.
3. All audio-visual equipment should be reserved for special rooms, special personnel, and special personnel. The school's audio-visual equipment can only be used for teaching and educational activities, and it should not be used for other purposes. It must not be lent out without the consent of the school leaders.
4. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to use audio-visual equipment to receive, distribute, record rumors, gossip messages or obscene recordings and videos.
5. Strictly implement the system of borrowing, returning, and acceptance. Borrowing must be handled by borrowing. After returning, it will be checked and accepted by management personnel and recorded. If there is any loss or damage, the approval and borrowing personnel are fully responsible.
6. Audio-visual personnel must strengthen business learning, continuously improve the management level, and regularly check the audio-visual equipment under charge and maintain it. Strive for minor repairs without going out of school, so that equipment performance is in good condition.
7. Strictly implement the compensation system. If the equipment is damaged due to poor management, private play, unauthorized borrowing or non-educational activities, the management will be compensated at the price. For equipment damage caused by unfamiliar performance or inadvertent operation, the management is responsible for part or full responsibility depending on the circumstances.
8. All equipment that is normally reported damages must be strictly implemented, verified by professionals, and reported to the fixed assets report form, which shall be examined and approved by the principal's office. After the general affairs department and the audio-visual team have sold the accounts, they shall be handled by the General Affairs Department.
9. Strengthen the safety precautions of the equipment storage area, and check the power supply, fire protection, anti-theft and fire prevention conditions before leaving work every day.
10. Regularly report the equipment management and usage to the principal's office, and ask for additional equipment according to the teaching needs.
