Campus Network Security Management Regulations
Campus Network Security Management Regulation Campus Network is one of the important infrastructures of the school. It provides an advanced, reliable and secure computer network environment for all teachers and students to support the teaching, research and management of the school. In order to give full play to the role of the campus network, these regulations are formulated.
1. All staff of the campus network must abide by relevant national laws and regulations, strictly enforce the security and confidentiality system, and be responsible for the information provided.
2. No individual shall use the computer network to engage in activities that endanger national security and disclose state secrets; no information may be consulted, copied or disseminated that may impede public order and ruin.
3. All staff and users of the campus network must accept and cooperate with the school security department to carry out supervision and inspection and necessary measures.
4. The campus network implements unified management and hierarchical responsibility system. The network center manages the school management resources, the management personnel of each department are responsible for the management of departmental resources, and the computer system administrator manages the computer systems.
5. It is strictly forbidden for any user to connect to the campus network without authorization. The network access unit and individual must go through the online registration procedure and sign the corresponding information security agreement.
6. Each department has a special person to review the information on the Internet, and it is strictly forbidden to access information related to state secrets.
7. Campus network staff and users are obliged to report to network administrators in a timely manner when they find information that is harmful to public security and unhealthy information on the Internet, and consciously delete them immediately.
8. The management agencies of the campus network set up network security officers, responsible for the corresponding network security and information security work, and regularly conduct information security and network security education for network users.
9. In violation of the provisions of this Regulation, the Campus Network Center may issue a warning or stop using the Internet if one of the following acts occurs; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be submitted to the school administration or the relevant legal department for processing.

Inciting the split of the country, undermining national unity and national unity, and overthrowing the socialist system;
Inciting resistance, undermining the implementation of the Constitution and national laws and administrative regulations;
Fabricating or distorting the facts, deliberately spreading rumors and disturbing social order;

Promote feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, violence, murder, terror, etc.;
Destroy, misappropriate information resources in computer networks and endanger computer network security activities;
Stealing someone else's account;
Privately lending or transferring user accounts causes harm;
Deliberately making and disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
Not accepting Internet users without the relevant regulations of the state and the school;
