4. When approving the layout design and decoration plan provided by the customer, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the design has a negative impact on the fire management work. While maximizing the customer's requirements to improve the space utilization rate, attention should be paid to the basic needs of fire prevention work.

5. For the customer design that has passed the examination and approval, the customer is required to not change the design plan and occupy the fire fighting space during the construction. For unqualified counter construction, assist the Ministry of Security to require the manufacturer to immediately rectify to ensure the implementation of fire safety. If the overall decoration is beautiful, convenient for shopping and promotion, etc., the fire hydrant should be affixed to the occlusion object.

1. The design and approval personnel who can perform their duties and the responsibility book in the work are rewarded according to the regulations, and the security department recommends to participate in the city and district “evaluation first”.

2. Design approval personnel who neglect to make mistakes in their work but fail to cause major fire hazards will be given administrative penalties and will be fined 50-100 yuan.

3. The design approval personnel who fail to perform their duties in accordance with this responsibility letter and cause major hidden dangers at the work shall be given administrative punishment according to the seriousness of the circumstances, and shall be fined 200-500 yuan.
