Teaching safety work responsibility book

In order to better implement the spirit of the higher authorities in charge of the safe management of the law, combined with the characteristics of the education management of our school, strengthen the safety of students and implement the responsibility system for school safety work, the special teaching staff formulates the following responsibilities:

1. Perform safety duties according to the division of labor in the teaching office. The teacher will take responsibility for the safety management of the students from class to class.

Second, with the consent of the department leaders, if the faculty and staff are reasonably transferred due to illness, cause, or business trip, the person in charge will be the person directly responsible.

3. Without the consent of the teaching office, if the faculty and staff privately adjust the classes, the school still regards the person in charge as the direct responsible person, and the actual person in charge as the indirect responsible person.

Fourth, the early reading, the second class in the morning, and the fifth class in the afternoon are responsible for the handover of the students with the teacher in charge of the class. Otherwise, whoever fails to perform his duties and who bears the responsibility for security.

5. Matters not covered in the terms and conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Handling of Student Injury Accidents.

This responsibility letter shall be signed by the School Safety Work Leading Group and the instructor in duplicate, effective from the date of signature.
