7. Students will go home immediately during the remedial classes and on their way to and from school. It is forbidden to participate in remedial classes and go home to school, and go to rivers, ponds, streams and rivers to swim and bathe dangerous activities. The remedial class shall not be liable for any accident caused by the above circumstances.

8. Students are not responsible for the social harm caused by students participating in the remedial classes and their way to and from school.

The accident counseling classes are not responsible for the above situations. 10. The students are not responsible for the infringement due to irresistible force or accident during the course of attending the remedial classes and their studies. When students are participating in remedial teaching, they are illegally infringed. If the remedial classes fail to make reasonable rescue measures, the remedial classes should bear corresponding responsibilities. If there is no improper behavior in the counseling class, no responsibility shall be assumed.

XI. Students may encounter safety accidents or accidental injuries during their participation in the remedial classes and their enrollment. The remedial classes may, within the appropriate scope, cooperate with the parents to work on the corresponding claims of the actual perpetrators.
