First, school responsibility

1. Conduct traffic safety education and publicity for students.

2. Establish information files for students, drivers, and student vehicles.

3. Regularly check and supervise the physical condition of the driver and the operation status of the student vehicle.

Second, student and parent responsibility

1. Students should consciously abide by the traffic rules and ride. The vehicle must not play in the car while driving. It is strictly forbidden to extend the head and hands out of the window. After the vehicle has stopped, you can get off the right side of the car.

2. Parents should carefully study traffic safety regulations and educate their children on the necessary traffic safety knowledge to familiarize them with traffic rules and strictly abide by traffic order.

3. Parents must regularly check the health status of the driver and the running condition of the vehicle.

4. Parents should pick up and drop off students at the required locations on time.

5. Parents must explain to their children that when the driver of the vehicle has the following conditions, he should refuse to take the bus and inform the parents to resolve it in time.

1 The driver did not park at the specified location, which caused students to get on and off the road and have safety hazards.

2 The driver did not strictly carry passengers, overstaffed, and overloaded according to the number of approved passengers.

3 The driver has problems with style or physical and mental health.

5 Drivers have traffic violations such as speeding.

6 Drivers have other violations of traffic laws and regulations or traffic safety hazards.

6. Parents must sign a safety agreement with both drivers of the vehicle they are hired. In the event of a traffic safety accident, the school does not assume any responsibility.

This letter of responsibility is in duplicate and the school and the parents of the students each hold one copy.
