8. Care for the interests of employees, solve practical difficulties for employees, and improve the working environment and rest conditions of employees.

9. Each unit reports to the safety production leading group of the head office on the safety production work of the unit. According to the content requirements and time requirements, the “Safe Production Work Performance Report” will be strictly and semi-annually submitted, and will be reported to the head office by the administrative person in charge before June 30 and December 30 of each year.

10. In the event of a major casualty accident or major safety liability accident during the assessment period, the company will impose economic penalties and administrative sanctions on those responsible for safety production work; if serious measures are taken to implement safety production measures without major accidents, the company will reward.

XI. The responsibility letter shall become effective after being signed. It shall be valid for two years and shall be assessed at the end of each year.
