1. Enterprises must conscientiously implement the requirements of laws, regulations and rules concerning safety production such as the Safety Production Law and the Guangdong Provincial Safety Production Regulations.

2. The legal representative of a legal entity or the principal person in charge of an unincorporated entity is the first person in charge of the safety production of the unit and is fully responsible for the safety production of the unit.

Third, enterprises must include safety production work in the work of the company, establish a safety production management organization, or be equipped with occupational safety management personnel, and do a good job at implementation.

Fourth, in accordance with the relevant requirements of national and provincial safety standards and the relevant provisions of Foshan City industrial and mining enterprises safety production standardized management assessment guidelines, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, to promote the standardization or standardized management of enterprises, should be completed within a limited time, And must pass the acceptance test.

5. Enterprises engaged in the production, operation, transportation and storage of hazardous chemicals must, in accordance with the requirements of national and provincial safety standards and the relevant provisions of the Foshan Municipality's Safety Standardization Work Plan for Dangerous Chemicals, and promote the enterprise in light of the actual conditions of the enterprise. The standard management should be completed in August this year and must pass the acceptance test. Enterprises must master the major hazard sources of the company and the emergency assistance measures in the event of an accident.

6. The enterprise must, in accordance with the requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety No. 16 “Interim Provisions on the Investigation and Treatment of Hidden Dangers of Safety Production Accidents”, conduct regular self-inspection and self-inspection of the safety hazard to the enterprise every month, make relevant records, and conduct self-inspection of the enterprise and The supervisory department checks the hidden dangers found and formulates the rectification plan, implements the responsible person for rectification, and rectifies within a time limit. The enterprise shall report the self-inspection and self-revision of the enterprise to the village or town security supervision agency for the record every month. If the enterprise has one of the following conditions: the system for the investigation and management of hidden dangers of safety production accidents has not been established; the statistical analysis table for the investigation and management of hidden dangers has not been reported according to the regulations; the plan for the management of hidden dangers has not been formulated; the hidden dangers of major accidents are not reported or not Reporting in a timely manner; failing to investigate and control the hidden dangers of the accident and arbitrarily producing and operating; if the rectification is unqualified or the production supervision is resumed without the approval of the safety supervision and supervision department, the safety supervision department shall impose a penalty according to the Interim Provisions on the Investigation and Treatment of Hidden Dangers of Safety Production Accidents. .

7. The enterprise must organize all staff safety training in accordance with the relevant requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety No. 3 (Safety Training Regulations for Production and Management Units), and establish a full-service training system and full-service training files for the entire enterprise. The principal person in charge of the enterprise must participate in safety production training organized by the safety supervision department or intermediary organization.

8. Enterprises and enterprises shall, in accordance with the Regulations on Production Safety Accident Reporting and Investigation and Handling, do a good job in the handling and reporting of production safety accidents, and cooperate with relevant departments to do a good job in investigation and handling and after-treatment.
