6. When using safety equipment, the safety instructor should find out the cause of the accident in the event of an accident. It is the responsibility of the individual who violates the rules and regulations. The company that has an accident in the security equipment should seek the solution from the manufacturer.

7. Companies with accidents in equipment should seek the manufacturer's solution.

8. The trainees who are responsible for accidents when operating the security equipment shall be the primary responsibility of the team's trainers, and the on-site safety coach shall bear the responsibility.
