1. Directors should consciously abide by laws, regulations and the company's articles of association and exercise their rights as directors in accordance with the law. Where a director abuses his rights to cause losses to the company or other shareholders, he shall be liable for compensation according to law.

2. Directors attending relevant meetings of the Board of Directors shall not be late or leave early. If there are more than two late arrivals or more than two early departures, it is deemed to automatically waive the director's rights and cancel the director's qualifications.

3. Participation in relevant meetings of the board of directors must be attended by the director himself in person. If the director is unable to attend for any reason, he may entrust other directors to attend the meeting in writing. The power of attorney shall specify the scope of authorization.

4. Directors shall not use non-normal methods without authorization, interfere with, discredit, or affect the normal execution and implementation of the company's various operational management decision-making measures.

5. The directors of the company's board of directors shall serve for a term of three years, and their term of office shall expire and may be re-elected.

6. If the directors are not re-elected at the expiration of their term of office, or if the directors resign during their term of office, resulting in a member of the board of directors being less than a quorum, the former directors shall still perform their duties in accordance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations and the company's articles of association before the re-elected directors take office. 7. The board meeting shall be convened and presided over by the chairman of the board of directors. The board of directors shall be convened at least twice a year. Each meeting shall be notified to all directors and supervisors 10 days before the meeting.

Eight or one-third of the directors may propose to convene an ad hoc meeting. The chairman shall convene and preside over the board of directors within 10 days of receiving the proposal. The method of notification and notice of the temporary meeting of the board of directors shall be decided by the promoter or the director.

9. The board meeting shall be held only when half of the directors are present. The resolution of the board of directors must be passed by half of all directors. The board of directors decided to vote by one person, one vote.

X. The board of directors shall make minutes of the decisions on the matters of the meeting. The directors attending the meeting shall sign the minutes of the meeting.

11. The directors shall be responsible for the resolutions of the board of directors. If the resolution of the board of directors violates laws, administrative regulations or the company's articles of association or the resolution of the general meeting of shareholders, causing the company to suffer losses, the directors participating in the resolution shall be liable to the company.
