1. The reservoir management unit shall do a good job in reservoir safety management, including establishing and improving management institutions, staffing management personnel, raising management funds, and organizing safety inspections. 3. The reservoir management department finds that there are hidden dangers in the reservoir project. It is necessary to designate the administrative responsible person and the technically responsible person to be responsible for rectification within a time limit, implement the emergency plan and various possible countermeasures to ensure project safety, water supply safety and water quality safety.

4. The reservoir management unit shall promptly handle and transmit relevant information such as weather, working conditions, dangerous situation, disaster situation, flood control decision-making instructions, etc., and strive to improve the rapid response capability and scientific dispatching capability of safety and rescue.

5. The operation of the reservoir and the management of water shall be subject to the unified dispatch of the water administrative department, and the approved dispatching and utilization plan shall be strictly implemented. Adhere to the 24-hour duty system, safety inspection system, scientific dispatch system, reservoir management and management system, etc. Major and urgent situations should be reported to the higher authorities in a timely manner, and resolutely put an end to major dangers, late reports, missing reports, and false reports.
