When leaving work, the last person who leaves the office must carefully check whether the power supply of the office's electrical equipment has been completely closed, whether the doors and windows are locked, and the correctness is correct before leaving. 5. Personnel who are arranged to be on duty during the holiday period must perform their duties conscientiously to ensure that there are no accidents such as theft or fire in the public property of the department. 6. It is forbidden to carry out illegal activities such as “yellow, gambling, poisonous, evil”, otherwise the consequences will be conceited. 7. Public equipment and other materials used or kept by personnel within the department must be used and kept in accordance with the relevant provisions of the company's safety management. 8. When the memory of the department is found to be in danger of safety, it should be rectified immediately. If it is unable to rectify itself, it should be promptly reported to the department leader. Third, the time limit for responsibility This letter of responsibility shall come into effect on the date of signature by both parties, until the date of renewal of the two parties in the following year. This responsibility letter is made in two copies, signed by the person in charge of the department and the personnel in the department.
