In order to enable students to connect theory with practice, strengthen hands-on practice, master and improve professional skills, special professional internships are required. Students are required to master professional skills, and more importantly, intern students must strictly abide by professional internship procedures and ensure internships. Safety, so the following requirements are formulated:

General:

1. Intern students must fully obey the instructor management, otherwise it is forbidden to enter the internship workshop!

2. All students must sign a safety guarantee to enter the internship workshop.

3. If during the internship, the student's improper operation causes damage to the equipment, depending on the circumstances, one to two times the original price.

First, security requirements

1. Work clothes, wear sleeves and work hats should be worn during the internship; female students are prohibited from wearing skirts, shorts and sandals to enter the internship field in summer; it is forbidden to wear slippers to enter the workshop.

2. The head should not be too close to the workpiece during the internship; protective glasses must be worn to prevent the chips from flying into the eyes.

3. In accordance with the procedures during the internship, concentrate on the hands, body and clothes can not be close to the rotating parts, such as workpieces, pulleys, tapes, gears, etc.

4, the workpiece and the turning tool must be clamped firmly to prevent flying out of injury. The chuck should be fitted with a safety device. After the workpiece is clamped, the chuck wrench must be removed from the chuck.

5. When loading and unloading the workpiece, changing the tool, measuring the machining surface and changing the speed, it is necessary to stop.

6. When the lathe is running, do not touch the surface of the workpiece by hand. Especially when processing the thread, it is strictly forbidden to touch the thread surface by hand to avoid hurting the hand. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the rotating workpiece with cotton yarn.

7. Apply special iron hooks to remove chips, and never remove them directly by hand.

8. Do not wear gloves on the lathe. Do not use your hand to stop the rotating chuck.

9. Do not disassemble electrical equipment at will, so as to avoid electric shock.

10. If the machine tool and electrical equipment are found to be faulty during the work, they should be declared in time, and should be repaired by professionals.

Second, internship requirements

1. You must not leave without permission on time.

2, the clothing is neat, not allowed to participate in the internship.

3. Carefully operate the workpieces, measuring tools, tools and materials issued by the school, and keep them in a safe place. If there is any loss or damage, you are responsible for compensation.

4. Keep your personal belongings in a safe place and be responsible for any loss.

5. Operate the machine tool according to the regulations. If the accident is violated, the machine tool will be responsible for the accident; the machine tool failure caused by the illegal operation will be compensated by the individual according to the specific situation.

6. Reasonable use of machine clamp tools, such as damage to the cutter head can be replaced as appropriate. If the machine tool holder is damaged, it must be compensated according to the price. If it is found to be vandalism, a fine will be added on the basis of the original price.

7. Obey the instruction of the instructor, and do not open or stop any equipment; do not change the group without consent.

8, to complete the internship tasks prescribed by the teacher, do not allow people to substitute, if found to cancel the internship results of this course.

9. After the internship, the iron scraps in the machine tool should be cleaned up in time, and the machine tool should be lubricated. After the machine tool is reset, the whole class will leave the workshop.

10, on time to go to class, not allowed to play in the internship, smoking, snacking.

The above two points and 10 requirements require each student to study and memorize carefully, and earnestly implement it into the internship study to ensure that the internship has income, and complete the internship task safely and happily.
