Food Quality and Safety Responsibility


In order to clarify market food safety responsibilities, strengthen food hygiene management, promote the establishment and implementation of market food access management system, and ensure food quality and safety in the market, in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law and other relevant laws and regulations, the industrial and commercial administration and food management The household signs this responsibility letter.

The main duties of food business households:

1. Complete licenses, civilized business, integrity management, and strict compliance with the Food Safety Law and other laws and regulations.

2. The following foods that are not allowed to be listed and traded without laws and regulations: foods that are toxic, harmful, unclean, rotten and deteriorating, poultry, animals, beasts, aquatic products and their products whose cause of death, poison or death is unknown; they should be inspected and quarantined. Agricultural and sideline products and their products that have not been inspected, quarantined or inspected or quarantined; fake and shoddy goods, commodities that have been eliminated by the state, expired, invalid, and deteriorated.

3. Establish and implement the food purchase inspection and claim ticket system. Check the supplier's business license, production license, health permit and other subject qualification certificates when purchasing the goods, and request the food quality certificate, inspection certificate, and relevant quality certification mark. And the purchase of bills, etc., and the classification of the required tickets, establish a food purchase account, truthfully record the name, specifications, quantity, production batch number, shelf life, supplier name and contact information, purchase date and so on.

4. Establish and implement the delisting system for unqualified foods, regularly inspect the shelves and stocked foods, and timely clean up foods that have deteriorated or exceed the shelf life. For foods that do not meet the quality and hygiene standards or have potential safety hazards, they should immediately stop selling and remove the shelves. Register the book, and promptly recall the problem foods that have been sold. The foods that are toxic, harmful, rotten and degraded should be disposed of by the relevant departments in a harmless manner or destroyed. If the safety may be endangered, they should immediately report to the administrative department of industry and commerce.

5. Conscientiously accept the supervision and management of the administrative departments of industry and commerce and other departments, actively cooperate with the daily inspection work, and actively present the relevant tickets and purchase and sales accounts of the foods sold.

6. Conscientiously accept social supervision and proactively resolve consumer disputes.

This responsibility letter is in duplicate, and each of the industrial and commercial administration departments and the food business households keep one copy. This letter of responsibility shall take effect from the date of signing.
