First, the school adheres to the principle of "one post and two responsibilities", incorporates safety work into job responsibilities, implements target responsibility management, clarifies division of labor, and implements responsibilities at various levels. Middle-level leaders should strengthen supervision and inspection of the safety work of various departments and do a good job in the implementation of school safety work. 1. Adhere to the weekly value system of leadership values. When the middle-level leaders are on the value of the day, they should focus on discovering and eliminating unsafe factors, go deep into the office and classrooms, find unsafe factors, promptly notify relevant personnel to carry out rectification, and report to the principal in a timely manner.

2. Adhere to the campus inspection system. Increase the scope and frequency of campus inspections, and often visit the campus to see every corner of the campus to eliminate potential safety hazards.

3. Hold regular meetings to study new situations and new problems related to safety work, ensure the safety of schools, and make alarm bells. Make a complete record of the educational meetings, safety inspections, and safety responsibilities for safety work.

4. Implement the system of teacher duty on key parts. Every day, when students concentrate on going to school, they are arranged to be on duty at the school gate. The on-duty teachers should be in place in advance to organize students to go to and from school in an orderly manner to prevent crowded stampede accidents.

5. Always inspect the safety inspections of the commonly used equipment for students on campus, check the school classrooms and students' extracurricular activities, and consider the hidden dangers that are not conducive to safety, so as to avoid accidents.

Second, in terms of student management, we must conscientiously implement the school safety education work system, and carry out supervision and inspection; carefully organize and carry out safety education activities with plans to make safety work practical. 1. School safety:

First, students are required not to bring articles that are not related to study into school. 2. Off-campus safety:

Educate students not to play with fire, not to play with electricity, not to play with water, not to enter the game hall, Internet cafes and other places.

Educate students to pay attention to food hygiene, not overeating, not eating expired, mildewed food, not drinking raw water, and washing hands before meals.

Educate students to walk outside the school and consciously abide by the traffic rules, pay attention to traffic safety; naturally line up on the road, walk on the right, do not idle, do not run, do not fight, do not copy the road. Go to school on time, go home in time, do not play unsafe games on the way, stay outside for a long time.

Third, strengthen the management of school buildings and property, ensure that no damage, no loss, and strengthen the management of the guard. The heads of the General Affairs Office and the Political and Education Department should do the following work:

Conduct regular safety inspections on educational and teaching facilities, especially functional rooms, strengthen school electricity safety, and regularly organize necessary inspections on electrical equipment and fire-fighting facilities; ensure that facilities are safe and reliable, and there are no safety hazards.

2. Regularly inspect and repair the school buildings and facilities of the school, conduct timely school safety inspections, and report problems in a timely manner. Always pay attention to the safety of the classroom and the surrounding environment, and take immediate measures once the hidden dangers are discovered.

3. Implement a static school system to guide the guards to switch the school gates on time.

4. The guards are required to strictly register the guest registration system, and it is strictly forbidden for unrelated personnel to enter the school casually. Holidays on duty should prohibit students and social idlers from entering the school to carry out various activities. Special circumstances must be approved by the school leaders.
