1. Party B shall abide by the laws and regulations concerning safety production at the national and superior levels, adhere to the safety production management concept of "people-oriented, safe development", strengthen safety production management, and bear primary responsibility for the company's safety production.

2. Party B shall formulate and implement the company's emergency response plan for production safety accidents, and conduct frequent safety hazard investigations to eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner.

3. Party B shall have the responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of production and living facilities, and shall promptly eliminate all possible failures and dangers.

4. Party B shall strictly abide by the "Fire Control Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and the relevant systems for safety management, and actively cooperate with Party A to do fire protection work. It is strictly forbidden to use the fire protection facilities in its area for other purposes, and to conduct regular inspections and maintenance.

5. Party B shall organize personnel to conduct inspections in their respective areas and do a good job in fire prevention and theft prevention.

8. Party B employees shall abide by the rules and regulations of the school and obey the management of the school management personnel.
