I am an auditor. The topic of my speech today is: Sailing in the ocean of taxation.
When the cold comes, the flowers bloom, and our Changping taxpayers have gone through a decade of taxation. I, as an ordinary cadre on the local taxation warfare, feel the joy and pride of ten years with my heart, thinking about the pursuit and development of the decade with my heart, and I have experienced ten years of struggle and hard work, chewing for ten years. Hardship and glory, with ten years of responsibility and mission.
I am very grateful, because the work taught me a lot of things, I am grateful to the taxation business to grow up with me; I am very happy, because I live in a group like Changping Tax, happy in her unity, diligence and perseverance; I am very proud because I The working age is the same age as Changping’s local tax, and he is proud of his mission.
As one of the important links of tax collection and management, tax audit is an effective method and important means for tax authorities to supervise taxpayers and withholding agents to fulfill their tax obligations and withholding obligations. Therefore, the audit has an irreplaceable position and role in the overall work. In 1999, I was fortunate to be a member of the inspection office. I met such a group of people. They are like a meandering stream. They are not as fierce and fierce. They carry dreams and responsibilities, and they are silently integrated into the blue of taxation. The ocean makes it wider and makes it more blue.
This is a team of highly qualified cadres who are proficient in business and disciplined. In this united group, I feel the noble sentiments of local taxpayers who are willing to contribute, strict law enforcement, warm service and pursuit of excellence.
Our leader, Dong Hongyin, the director of the auditor, is such a typical representative.
At the beginning of the formation of the new auditorium, faced with the heavy pressure of the entire staff's age structure, backward office conditions, and nearly 260 special inspection tasks each year, Director Dong set an example, and he always went to the unit every morning. At night, it was the last time to get off work, leading the cadres of the whole organization to unite and struggle, pioneering and innovating, and achieved brilliant achievements in the new level of income level, new measures in tax administration, new image of team building, and innovation in various jobs.
With the gradual realization of office automation, computers have become the main carrier of all work of the bureau, and the requirements for tax cadres are higher. In order to master this high-tech tool as soon as possible, Director Dong began a hard study. When I am older, I don’t understand it a few times. I can’t remember it for a few times. I was in a hurry and wanted to ask others not to know where to start. As the saying goes: "Working hard does not pay attention to people", in the face of his actual situation, he studied hard and passed through countless days and nights. Under his leadership, the whole society set off a climax of learning new knowledge. In 1999, the whole school participated in the national level B computer test, the pass rate reached 100%!
In 2004, during the critical period when the new system was launched, Director Dong’s lumbar disc herniation was again committed. When it hurts, the waist can’t stand up. The new system is switching soon, what to do! ? For the successful switching of the new system, a word, forbearance! He overcomes the pain, directs the command, strategizes, and personally. On April 20th, the new system was completely switched. In the evening, he and several of the backbones stayed behind. When everyone saw him inadvertently showing a painful look, he was persuaded to go back to rest, but he did not leave the half-step. The next morning, when he saw that the inspection module was successfully switched, his face showed a gratifying smile. This smile belongs to him only, a strong and selfless person, a courageous person!
As law enforcement officers of law enforcement agencies, whether they can pass the good governance and integrity is a severe test for the moral character of every tax cadre. On the issue of integrity, Director Dong is more important than teaching. He repeatedly refused to give money and gifts from enterprise units, and established “Integrity Supervision Post”, “Gift Registration Book” and “Corporate Opinion Register” in the office, and signed “Integrity Responsibility Letter” with each cadre in the office. Let the cadres of the whole office keep in mind that "law enforcement should be based on honesty." Under his influence, there was no incident of non-corruption in the whole house, and the image of the local tax of "innocent people, fair law enforcement" was shown to the society!
Due to the needs of the work in the office, Comrade Liu Fengli of our institute was assigned to the execution team to check the payment of the tax payment. This job is heavy, difficult, and new. He doesn't know where to start, but he doesn't have a single complaint, but he is devoted to a new position with full work enthusiasm. He knows that punishment for tax-deducting enterprises is only a means, not an end. In the face of various excuses and reasons, the company has strengthened its ties with enterprises, overcoming the difficulties of being old and in poor health, and in-depth corporate research and assistance. Enterprises actively raise funds, pay taxes, and change the more tax-checked, the more vicious circle of tax to be executed. In a few years, he has paid a total of more than 30 million yuan in taxes. In order to prevent new owing and clearing up the debts, he has made outstanding contributions to ensuring that the tax is paid in full and in time.
There is no bullet in the battlefield for the country, but it is also full of confrontation between evil and evil. However, evil will never overwhelm justice, and the balance of victory will always fall to the side of justice.
When investigating and handling tax reporting cases, due to the direct contact with the taxpayer's economic interests, the taxpayers' feelings of the taxpayers are most prominent. Some taxpayers are very impatient, some do not cooperate at all, and even speak out, as the Soviets of the reporting group. The two comrades Qin Lishan have always maintained a good attitude. Time and time again, the tax law was publicized to taxpayers, the tax evasion was investigated, and the dignity of the tax law was safeguarded by actual actions, reflecting the image of law enforcement agencies. Once, when they were investigating a tax evasion case in a restaurant, the individual boss was very violent and fierce, and screamed: "Why are there so many restaurants in Changping District, why do you just check me? I have been jailed, and I have never seen anything. Laozi is in a hurry, and you don't think too much." In the face of the threats and intimidation of individual bosses, the two comrades were not intimidated. With their unparalleled loyalty to the taxation cause and a solid business level, they soon decided to eat the restaurant. The illegal facts were placed in front of the boss. In the face of their arrogance, the boss finally lost his battle and was convinced in the face of illegal facts and accepted the tax and fines as required. Proficient in business quality, high professionalism, and standardized services, they have been awarded the title of “Inspection of Taxation and Integrity Cases in 2003” by the Municipal Bureau.
Under the leadership of Director Dong and under the joint efforts of all the cadres, in the activities of the city's local tax system “Chuangsanyou” to reach the standard taxation office, our institute has been rated for three consecutive years in 1996-1998. At the same time, it was awarded the 2000 Taxation Inspection Advanced Unit and the 2002 Administrative Law Enforcement Advanced Unit.
Incorporating this group, I deeply feel the spirit of the local taxation of tax cadres, "love and dedication, strict self-discipline, warm service, and fair law enforcement." I don't have a wonderful voice, but I would like to use my most sincere emotions to sing the ordinary and great people in the taxation team. They use love as a note to interpret the gorgeous movements of life. I am not a poet, but I would like to use my most. The simple brushwork praises these ordinary and great people in the taxation team. They write the poems of the taxpayers with selfless and fearless words. I am not a painter, but I would like to use my most immature style to outline these ordinary people in the taxation team. And the great people, who use blood as a pigment, portray the sunrise of the taxation business.
