I think:

First, the competent authorities should change their work style, liberate a large amount of energy from the inspections with little effect, and go deep into the grassroots teams to specifically guide the safety activities of the supervision teams and improve the quality of activities;

Second, leaders at all levels and various propaganda media should do in-depth and meticulous ideological and political work, increase the propaganda of safe production, and make employees' awareness of safe production change from “doing me well” to “I want to do well”. Become passive and active;

Second, changing training ideas, guiding employees to improve their technical level, changing the health level of pragmatic equipment is important for doing a good job in safety production, but the most active factor in the production factor is the master of the equipment - the technical level of the workers must not Neglect. The education level of our staff is always higher, but the work experience is inherently insufficient. This is caused by the situation of our bureau.

Most of the college and technical secondary students who entered the initial stage of the 1992 construction year have gone through their own struggles. They lacked the masters with experience and style at the beginning, and there is no glorious tradition to inherit and carry forward, even though they It has long been the backbone of all positions in our bureau, but they still need to make up classes and recharge. To undertake the historical mission of the west-to-east power transmission, we must change the training ideas, update the training methods, and effectively improve the quality of training. This is a The work of the moment is urgent. The current training situation of our bureau is worrying. The grassroots units are busy with the completion of production tasks all day long, and their own technical level is limited.
