In the summer of 2000, Shizuo City, Shishou City, the villager Xiao Yuanliang was sentenced to 10 years in prison for causing serious injuries to others with sulfuric acid. Comrade Wang Huaqiu, who is more than 50 years old, always treats his mother and son like their loved ones. In addition to handing water to Xiao's wife, he also prepared toys for the children and bought snacks. After a long time, the child was familiar with Comrade Wang Zhenguo, and often climbed up and down on him. A neatly inspected uniform was crumpled and covered in mud, but he did not complain. On several occasions, the child was pissed in the reception room, and Comrade Wang Huaqiu was tired of it, wiping his butt, sweeping the floor and sweeping the floor. In the process of resolving the remaining problems, it is naturally impossible to avoid the sensitive topic of state compensation. On this issue, Comrade Wang Huaqiu, who is the chief of the control department, paid enough attention and worked hard to mediate the complaints with great patience and sincerity. Lei Xigeng was the deputy director of the Shishou City Air Traffic Control Office. In 1996, the Air Traffic Control Office reported to the Anti-Corruption Bureau of our hospital that he was suspected of corruption and was placed on file for investigation. The management has made corresponding administrative and disciplinary treatment. Lei Xigen refused to accept and submitted a series of compensation claims to the procuratorate. Since then, Lei Xigen has become a frequent visitor to the control room. When he came, he didn’t leave for a few days and nights. He had a large photo of a portrait, a small bag with a few bags of instant noodles, a twine, a knife, and a bottle of mouse. Medicine, suicide to threaten the reception staff and related leaders. Therefore, many people in the Shishou political and legal system know this sentence: "Riesiggen has three treasures, hemp rope knife medicine." Through many contacts with the Transportation Bureau and the Air Traffic Control Office, and exchange of opinions, the Air Traffic Management Bureau resumed the work of Resig Geng, and gave certain economic subsidies, basically meeting the requirements of Ray. After completing the relevant procedures with the unit, Lei took the initiative to the procuratorate to express his gratitude to Comrade Wang Huaqiu, and handed over his "three-piece treasure" in person, and asked Comrade Wang Huaqiu to destroy it.
In 1998, the Anti-Corruption Bureau of our hospital filed a case investigation against the crime of privately dividing state-owned assets by Dong Huailin, the person in charge of the school's education committee, and criminally detained him. Since 2000, Wang Huaqiu The comrades led several prosecutors in the Shenke to handle 5 criminal compensation cases and paid more than 200,000 yuan in compensation. They have achieved truth from facts, made mistakes, corrected judicial justice and the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, and established the procuratorial organs. Dealing with collective visits and emergency visits is a top priority for political and legal organs, and it is also an important duty of the procuratorial organs.
