Because we serve the people, our party can lead the people of all nationalities in the country, overthrow the three mountains, achieve the great success of the new-democratic revolution, and establish a new China with freedom and democracy! Because we serve the people, our party can persist in reform and opening up and create a great miracle that will maintain the world's first economic growth rate for 16 consecutive years, and lead the people throughout the country to build a socialist and well-off society. In 2002, at the exchange meeting on the system-wide tax service experience held in Zhuhai City, the party secretary and director of the provincial bureau Wu Shengwen proposed that “tax service should be regarded as an important strategic task for building a strong taxation province”; in 2004, in the whole system. According to China's tax law, the taxation targets of all taxes have almost covered all urban and rural residents. With the popularization and deepening of personal income tax, more than 90% of adult citizens are fulfilling their tax obligations, and because of the main taxes imposed by our country. It is an indirect tax. Almost all tax burdens are ultimately passed on to consumers—the majority of urban and rural residents. From this perspective, the people of the country are taxpayers of the Republic. Therefore, serving the taxpayers wholeheartedly is to serve the people wholeheartedly. As a party member working in the taxation department, fulfilling the party's purpose and maintaining the advanced nature of party members, it is necessary to practice the important thinking of the "three represents" in the work, and to serve taxpayers as the "fundamental starting point and foothold" of all work. I believe everyone has seen this card in my hand. Now, every taxpayer who comes to the local tax bureau to collect the service hall can get a card with the words "Respected taxpayer: Hello! If you If you encounter any problems during the tax payment process, please call our service hotline or give us valuable advice, thank you!". Although the card is small, but the weight is very heavy, it symbolizes the transformation of the bureau from supervision to service-oriented government, which symbolizes that the tax service work of the bureau has moved from taxation to socialism to a new world. Once upon a time, the tax staff had a phone call, and the legal person and financial personnel of the company came to the tax authorities to accept inquiries. The tax window is long queued, and taxpayers complain that... At present, the bureau has set up taxpayer service centers in 21 cities and 81 counties in the province, forming a provincial, municipal and county taxation service system. The province's local tax is taxed in tax service institutions, teams, institutions and taxpaying 12366. The service hotline and the construction of the local tax website are all in the forefront of the national taxation system. They are highly praised by the State Administration of Taxation and the community. As a tax service worker, I feel extremely glorious and proud.
