The work of the Collection and Management Unit is mainly for the leaders to make suggestions on tax collection and management, improve the county's collection and management level and the quality of collection and management, and serve the comrades at the grassroots level in the county. In order to enter the role as soon as possible, I read a large number of papers on tax collection and management, and assisted the leaders in drafting the construction tax, transportation tax, and rural scattered tax collection methods and measures that were characteristic of our county at that time, although I was an ordinary clerk. It played a role in the whole work and was recognized by the leaders and peers. When the first round of the land tax system was reformed in 2000, I was assigned to the newly established sub-bureau of the deputy director of the collection office. I had no other ideas and I was happy to embark on a new job. At first, I and the comrades divided the work of the city and the enterprise group. It was the first round of reform of the tax collection and management system. It emphasized the centralized collection and required all taxpayers to pay taxes at the door, so we gave us the tax management of urban enterprises. At one time, I was looking for a contractor. I went to the township leaders for coordination. Sometimes I rode nearly 100 kilometers of country lanes a day.
