Some people say a very harsh sentence, but it is very real: "The driver who can't guarantee safety is an incompetent driver!" Indeed, we can talk about stability, not talking about punctuality, even the minimum security can not be guaranteed, our train Who dares to sit? Therefore, safety is our responsibility, and ensuring safety is our unshirkable responsibility for every train driver.

What is security? Safety is an attitude. Safety is the first priority for our railway industry. We often say "safety first". This is our attitude and our principle. Safety is the magic weapon to ensure the smooth completion of our business. Safety is the prerequisite for us to achieve benefits, and safety is of paramount importance to us. Therefore, we must talk about safety and always talk about safety. The consequences of not paying attention to safety are incalculable and cost a lot. We can't put the first safety first in the verbal, only the slogan is written everywhere, we have to be safe in the mind first, we must consider safety before doing everything, every work in the work I don’t forget safety every moment, especially when there are no thoughts and violations of the rules and regulations, when there is no problem in taking a risk, I think about safety first. I think many accidents can be avoided.

What is security? Safety is an experience. Every time an accident occurs, we can sum up one or two lessons. Over time, it becomes our regulations. We can't just see how painful the victims are after the accident, how pitiful the perpetrators are. We must establish the idea of preventing accidents and preserving the whole. Even very disapproving, I can firmly tell everyone here: "For our railway industry, safety is an honor!" In today's highly developed economy, travelers choose themselves. One of the most important factors in the way of travel is safety. Our railway companies have seized the safety and won the market and achieved benefits. This is a common honor for our railway industry. Our railway enterprises have made the limelight in front of the Chinese people with safety, punctuality and quality service. The achievement of credit is also inseparable from those present here. It is because everyone here is painstaking and careful, the wind is coming, the rain is going, not Is it not an honor for everyone to get the transportation task in day and night, without a holiday, and safely?

What is security? Safety is everything. Some comrades have said that this is a big statement. How can security be everything? Everyone can think of it: Without safety, is our life guaranteed? Is our business benefit guaranteed? Is our team stable and secure? Is our railway business guaranteed? To be honest, we can’t guarantee security. What family happiness do we talk about? What personal ideals are you talking about? The reason why our Zhengzhou Locomotive Depot can now be heard in the Zhengzhou Branch and even the Railway Bureau, our employees' income can be among the best in the whole branch. It is because of the joint efforts of everyone, we have kept me safe, we have everything now, We have a wonderful tomorrow!

At the end of the day, security is the lifeblood of our locomotive segment, the lifeblood of each of us. We must all do our own work in their respective jobs, truly establish the idea of safety first in the work, overcome all kinds of difficulties, learn from the lessons of others, obey the rules, strictly control, and do a good job of self-control and mutual control. Every minute of work starts with the safety of each car, starting from each safety month, and finally achieving one hundred days of safety and safety for thousands of days to achieve our goal. In addition, the goal of security is not achieved by one person, one day, one thing, and there will be many difficulties. This depends on our long-term, everyone's concerted efforts to grasp security. None of us dare to say that there will be no problems for the rest of our lives, but we should be sure that low-level accidents will not occur and accidents that can be prevented will not occur. We must be good at summing up the problems that exist, find out the places that are prone to problems, and do our utmost to block the accidents outside, try to improve our ability to prevent accidents, extend our own safety cycle, and achieve better safety results for us.
