To communicate with others, we must have a spirit of honesty, work with others, and have a spirit of collaboration. In the face of evil, we must have the spirit of struggle, face failure, have a spirit of renewed our spirits, face our work and our cause, I think First of all, we must have professionalism. Speaking of this, I want to talk about it, I am the final answer to a doubt.

I used to know from newspapers and on television that there are many foreign churches in China, and there are foreign foreigners. I thought at the time that foreigners believed in God and did anything in China, not for political purposes, nor burned and looted, and they were very friendly to the Chinese. Everyone here, why do you say that? Last winter, I found the answer in a book. The book says that these foreigners, also called missionaries and pastors, came to China to spread religious culture. It is their job and their mission to spread religious culture. In order to preach, whether it is China's most remote and impoverished Guangxi, Guizhou, or the virgin forests of Africa, the mountains of South America, and the presence of pastors everywhere, they travel to the almost isolated deserted, indigenous tribes and health. In the extremely ill-affected areas of the epidemic, they have been preaching there for a lifetime, and even died there. They don’t want to be famous, but for their sacred mission, they completely forget their work until the day they die. Isn't this a kind of professionalism? It can be said that the current development of Christianity in the world is inseparable from this spirit. In the same way, in recent years, the development of China's drug regulatory industry has been so rapid. Isn't it the national drug supervisors who have received professionalism?

Some comrades may have known the book I read, a professional training manual called "Dedication" written by Mr. Robbins, the great professional successe of the United States. Fortunately, this good book, a handbook of our city bureau. As of last year, the book has sold more than 200 million copies worldwide. It has been unanimously recognized and highly praised by famous experts and scholars all over the world, and has been rated as the best-selling book by Financial Times magazine. Therefore, the book has so many honors. I think the most fundamental reason is that the professionalism it advocates is the spirit that should be pursued in this era.

In ancient and modern China and foreign countries, dedication is regarded as the right and left of life, and how many great achievements and fame are achieved by dedication. "It's a singular sentence for humanity, and the language is not surprisingly endless." It is a generation of poetry, St. Du Fu's professionalism in writing, doing thousands of experiments, and even taking his own beard as a test article, reflecting the invention of a generation of inventors Edison. The professionalism of the cause, then, in our food and drug supervision positions, how to reflect professionalism?

I believe that dedication is first and foremost a passion for work. This is the premise of dedication. Robbins said that we appreciate those who are full of enthusiasm for work and appreciate those who regard struggle and hard work as the joy and glory of life. If you can't devote yourself to your work, you will probably become a mediocrity. Without enthusiasm, the military can't win, civil servants can't handle public affairs that happen at any time, and businessmen can't do business all over the world. Therefore, only with enthusiasm can you inspire your potential and drive you to work conscientiously.

Second, dedication to pursue perfection is the key to dedication. Perfection is an idealistic state, but it is this ideal that will ignite the lighthouse on your way. American sociologist Didis said that you have the dream of billions of wealth, and a millionaire will wait for you. Imagine that without the pursuit of perfect ideals, how can Shangluo's food safety work continuously create pilot experience for the province, how can the municipal bureau get the title of advanced units in the province; without the pursuit of perfect ideals, how can our drug law enforcement work In the past few years, it has achieved "zero error"; in addition, such as the construction of three types of institutions, three G certification, two networks construction, finance, party affairs, personnel and so on, how can we have a place in the forefront of the province. The pursuit of perfection is to do every bit of things, the so-called details of decision and success or failure. If each of us promotes professionalism and makes the work in each position shine, then these light spots will gather together. Will Shangluo’s food and drug supervision work not shine in the whole province or even the whole country?

Once again, dedication is also about dedication, which is the foundation of dedication. "Spring silkworms go to the dead silk, and the wax torch is made into gray tears." This eternal singer is a vivid portrayal of dedication. For more than 5,000 years, the people who have made great contributions to the development of the Chinese nation have emerged in an endless stream.
