In the case where the family had no housing, he used the stone to occupy the cultivated land and filled the 70m2 house. The base is ready to build two single-storey houses. We stopped the violation of the law and explained the relevant policies and regulations. However, the head of the household did not stop here. On the second day, she led the whole family to our office to make trouble, claiming that she would stop him from building a house. Who is going to live? We repeatedly persuaded it to be invalid. In the end, he dropped a sentence: "You may wish to give it a try." After we left, a group of people reported the actual situation to the superior, and informed the local office of the actual difficulty of the owner. The village committee asked them to help solve the family's difficulties, and to use the homestead, miscellaneous land, etc. to build the house. I relaxed the policy and let the head of the household use the correct approval procedure to legally use the land. Fully reflect the legitimacy and rationality of our law enforcement. But in any case, I can't condone you from breaking the law, you can't let you arbitrarily destroy the cultivated land, and we will do everything we can to help you solve some practical difficulties. However, as a land management staff member, we should not be afraid of violence and take up the heavy responsibility of the party and the people's committee, and obtain certain work results in order to win the trust and support of the people.
