My name is Liu Xingkui. After graduating from Shandong University of Technology in 1994, I was assigned to the Shengli Oilfield Offshore Oil Development Company. I am currently the platform manager of No. 2, Yeouido Center, Shengli Oilfield. I am very honored and excited to report to my leaders, teachers and classmates today about my work, study and life at sea. The subject of my report is "Let youth shine on the sea."

In the vast sea, I really understand what is hard, the spirit of oil workers fighting for the sea, hard work and dedication to give me the confidence and courage to take root in the ocean and sacrifice oil.

The hard work of the oil industry I heard about some during my school days. I grew up in the countryside and thought I had suffered a lot. I feel that there is no suffering in the world that I can't stand. But when I was on the bus to the company to report, the car passed the victory of the Yellow River Bridge, and the glimpses of the endless reeds and barren beaches, no villages without pedestrians, dotted with a cluster of red bushes on the roadside. The huge gap between the oil field and the reality in the imagination made me feel overwhelmed. As the car bumped on the bumpy road, my mood became more and more heavy. During the period of training before the registration, my mood was very contradictory. Is my choice right? How to do? Is it going or staying? I have been jealous.

The pre-job training is over, and the experience of the first trip to the sea is still fresh in my memory. That day, I boarded the traffic ship with complexity and curiosity. The weather was fine when the ship left the dock, but it didn't take long for the wind to blow up at the sea, and the ship began to shake. I thought that I wouldn't be seasick and I wouldn't get seasick. After a while, I felt like my stomach was like a river. I didn't stand, I didn't sit, my face became sallow, I couldn't help but start to vomit and squat on the deck. I didn’t dare to move when I moved. I felt that I was really alive and dead. Our well area is more than 30 kilometers from the dock, and the ship takes more than two hours to sail. When someone patted me on the shoulder and told me that I was looking up, I looked up and the boat was docked at the iron house supported by a few orange-red legs. Is this the offshore platform we are working on? With the class teacher, I helped me to climb the platform and settled on a board bed. In the night, the wind on the sea was even bigger. Listening to the sound of the waves striking the legs of the platform, lying on the slabs that are shaking and feeling like falling down at any time, I suddenly feel that the sea is so embarrassing, I am like a leaf thrown into the sea, it is so small, I was so helpless, I stayed up all night that night. After the platform, when I told my parents about the harsh environment and contradictory mood of the offshore oil field, they wrote a letter to me. One of them was deeply hurting me. "A young man, this bitter bite also eats." No, what else can you do in the future? It is not easy to train you at home. Can you afford parents and be worthy of the country?” The unit leaders also gave me meticulous care, telling me about the fine traditions of the oil industry and the touching stories of old workers. The beautiful development prospects, colleagues told me their experiences and stories, and the class masters always care about me from time to time, so that my impetuous heart gradually calmed down.

After three or four months of exercise, I gradually adapted to work at sea. One night in November, I had already slept in the dormitory. Suddenly I received an urgent notice from the unit. An oil well appeared at sea and I was asked to take part in the rescue immediately. Our top wind rushed to the scene by boat, and after the class teacher checked, it was determined that the oil well underground safety valve was closed. It is imperative to open the safety valve. However, because there was no pressure tool around, I had to borrow the pressure from the adjacent well and inject it with a high-pressure hose. So the four of us started to lift the high-pressure hose from the ship. This hose is ten meters long and one ton multiple, from the ship that is shaking. It's not easy to get on the platform. At this time, the wind became more and more fierce, and the boat swayed up and down with the waves. The invisible hose slipped down from my shoulder, and I was about to see me. The master with the class behind me shouted "flash off", all of a sudden. Pushing me aside, the iron head of the hose slammed on his foot. He was sore on the spot that he sat down on the deck, and the sweat of the bean fell off his forehead. Later, the hospital was examined for fracture of the foot bone. The master was at a critical juncture to protect my broad mind and sacrifice spirit. I deeply touched and shocked me. I was so heartbroken and determined to take this sea deeply and determined to be an oil man like him. The change in mood feels that everything else has changed. I feel like I am no longer seasick. The wind on the sea is getting smaller, the sky is blue, the sea is so vast, the waves are so jubilant, everything is so beautiful. I began to fall in love with this blue ocean, fell in love with the orange-red platform, and fell in love with this noble cause.

Rooted in the offshore platform, I deeply understand that only by studying hard, exploring and bravely innovating can we achieve our ideals and goals.

Offshore oil development has the characteristics of high investment, high risk and high technology, involving multiple disciplines and multiple knowledge. In my work practice, I gradually realized that the knowledge that I learned from books alone is not enough. In order to master the knowledge of offshore oil development as soon as possible, from the layman to the insider, I forgot my identity as a college student, treated everyone around me as a teacher, and regarded everything as a learning opportunity, treating every post as A learning class. He has taught himself a variety of knowledge such as offshore oil recovery, oil and gas processing, reservoir geology, workover operations, and power supply, and has gradually integrated. In 1996, I was selected by the company to be the construction supervision of the No. 2 platform in the Yeouido Center. The entire platform group of the No. 2 Center consists of five sub-platforms of power, production, storage tanks, water injection and life. Only 10,000 tons of steel is used. There are hundreds of equipments at home and abroad, and various pipelines of oil, gas, water and electricity. Ten thousand meters of cable, all kinds of drawings and data are more than five meters high. The pressure to concoct this complex, large, and comprehensive platform group for the first time is imaginable. We kept reviewing the drawings around the clock, coordinating and supervising the construction progress of the project, and proposing various suggestions. In my work, I often carry a small book. If I don't understand the problem, I will record it in time. I will read the relevant materials at night or ask the relevant personnel for advice. I will immediately record the new ideas and ideas and propose rectification opinions to Party B. Think of the key parameters, record it, and repeat the calculations to ensure the quality of the construction. The eyes were red, the skin was tanned, and the people were tired. When the platform was built, I recorded more than ten notebooks in a dense manner, and I knew the platform. After the platform was put into production, the company appointed me as the platform manager and was fully responsible for the work of the No. 2 platform.

The commissioning of the platform is only the beginning of the work. Managing such a huge platform system is the real problem. Hundreds of equipment may have problems at any time, and if not resolved in time, it will affect the entire offshore production. At the beginning of 1999, a 3000 kW gas turbine generator set produced by a US Solar company on the platform failed. The company organized a collective consultation of the relevant personnel. However, after overhaul and repeated commissioning, it still did not solve the problem and had to contact the manufacturer. The answer is: Since the equipment warranty period has passed, only the on-site service fee is $1,000 per person per day, but the personnel will have to wait until next month. Not to mention the need to spend a lot of foreign exchange, we can't afford the light time, and we lose 4,200 tons of crude oil every day, nearly 10 million yuan. In order to minimize losses, the company's leaders immediately rushed to Beijing to negotiate with agents. At this point, I still think hard on the platform. Where is the problem? I led the platform technicians to use the exclusion method to check the host computer, fuel, lubrication, circuit and other parts of the data one by one, basically eliminating the possibility of problems in the fuel, circuit, control and other systems, and finally targeting the starting pressure regulating valve. on. After obtaining the consent of the company's leaders, I decided to try to change the pressure range of the regulating valve under the open state of the turbine. I am at the side of the main engine with a speed of 14,000 rpm and a noise of 120 decibels. Every time I start it, I record and analyze the data. For two days and two nights, the high-intensity noise makes me dizzy, chest tight and short. Hard work pays off, after hundreds of trials, finally selected the pressure range, and successfully started the generator set. At this time, only three hours left before the company signed a contract with the foreign party. The message was sent to Beijing. The leader could hardly believe that this was true.

While doing a good job in the daily management of the platform, I set an example by leading the staff to carry out various transformation and innovation activities, and strive to improve the level of platform management. There are two crude oil dehydration heat exchangers on the No. 2 platform of the center. The coils are easily damaged and replaced once a year, costing nearly one million yuan, and seriously affecting normal production. I have carried out technical research on this. In order to find out the reasons, I tracked and observed two heat exchangers one month in succession, and accepted various parameters during the operation. At that time, the sun was burning in July, and the temperature of the platform deck reached 50 or 60 degrees. People stood on top of it like a steamer. After a month of purgatory assault, I finally found out that the original design did not consider the strong pulse pressure of the crude oil associated with the gas, causing the heat exchanger coil to vibrate and the solder joints to fall off and cause damage. By adding a buffer cover and replacing the carbon steel coil with stainless steel, the position of the solder joint is optimized, and the welding method is improved, so that the impact resistance of the coil is greatly enhanced. After the transformation, the two heat exchangers have not failed so far, saving more than 600,000 yuan per year. The result has also obtained invention patents. Over the past few years, I have conducted more than 10 research projects and created direct economic benefits of nearly 5 million yuan. I was hired as an expert in equipment management for Shengli Oilfield, and was awarded the honorary title of more than 20 outstanding young intellectuals in Shengli Oilfield and was recommended to study at China University of Petroleum.

These years of work experience have made me deeply understand that if you want to do something in your work, you must be willing to endure hardship and courageous dedication.

The practice of climbing and playing in the sea for many years has made me experience that I am not willing to work hard, and the spirit of courage and dedication is not doing a good job, but I can’t do anything.

In January 2003, the Bohai Sea experienced more than 20 days of continuous low temperature of less than 20 degrees. One night in the middle of the night, the heat supply to the crude oil heating oil on the platform is low, and the equipment is about to stop. The heating system at sea will not be guaranteed, and the crude oil treatment will be paralyzed. In a critical moment, I led four employees to the scene. It was found that the water contained in the natural gas was blocked due to low temperature freezing. So immediately organized the use of boiling water to hoten the pipeline, but the boiling water poured on the pipeline quickly flowed to the ground, the heating effect is very bad. In desperation, I took off my cotton coat and wrapped it in the pipeline, and kept pouring water into the cotton coat. My colleagues saw that they all took off the cotton coat and wrapped it in the pipeline to pour the water. The cold wind that icy in the middle of the night blows everyone to fight, but no one has retreated. Soon the pipeline was cleared and the alarm was lifted. When I returned to the dormitory, I was already cold and started a high fever that night.

Working at sea, you need to pay and make sacrifices, not only me personally, but also my family, who gave me great support behind me. In October 2000, the water injection system of the No. 2 platform was put into operation. This is a major project directly related to whether the offshore oilfield can successfully realize the water injection development. The superior leader appointed me as the project leader and was fully responsible for implementing the project. One day I was busy at the scene. Suddenly the old family called and said that her grandmother was seriously hospitalized. She was being rescued urgently. Because of her age and weakness, she might not be able to go through this. I have to go back anyway. When I heard tears, I couldn’t help but burst out. When I was a child, I was a grandmother with a big hand. My grandmother loved me very much. My feelings for my grandmother were also very deep. After work, I rarely go back to see my grandmother because I am away from home. If I haven’t had time to honor her old family, how can I leave me? I thought I had to go back to see the last side of my grandmother anyway. However, the platform water injection system is facing a critical moment of production. As the leader of the team, I really can't live without it. I reluctantly gave up my concern for the elderly and devoted myself to the production of the water injection system. After half a month, the water injection system was put into production smoothly. Because the engineering organization was good, I was commended by the company. When I rushed down the platform to get home, my grandmother had passed away. My parents told me that my grandmother had been chanting my name before leaving. He was crying in front of Grandma’s grave, remorse and blame. Since ancient times, loyalty and filial piety have been difficult, and my grandmother’s death has left me with a lifetime regret.

I am also embarrassed to mention the family. Over the years, I have stayed at sea for more than 200 days a year. After the platform, I have to be on duty in the unit, and I have taken care of the family very little. The wife joked with me, "You are more familiar with the offshore platform than you are familiar with your home." Indeed, where is the family's stuff, what is missing at home, I really don't know. But when it comes to the location, model, parameters, etc. of the various facilities on the platform, I know it. The wife understood me very well, never complained, she always silently held this home. After the wife became pregnant in 1997, she often went to the hospital for examination, but I have never been with her once in the beginning. I promised to be with her when I promised to have a baby. However, due to the continuous windy weather and the bad sea conditions, I could not go down the platform and still failed to do so. When my son was more than two years old, I once stayed at sea for more than a month. I went home on the platform. When I entered the door, I wanted to hold my child close, but he squinted at me with a beard. Hiding, scared and cried. At nine o'clock in the evening, the child secretly asked her mother: "How can this uncle not leave?" After listening to the child, I felt embarrassed that I could not do a good job as a husband and father.

After going out of school for more than a decade, facing the wonderful world outside, I chose to take root in the sea and chose to face the hard and harsh environment and chose the oil industry dedicated to the motherland. Although I have suffered a bit and suffered a lot, I owe a lot to my parents and my family. However, I feel satisfied and gratified. Because I did not live up to the cultivation of my parents, teachers, and the country. In the work, he walked a line and loved a line. After practicing and gradually growing up, he was also recognized by the leaders and colleagues. He won many honors and realized his own life value. In particular, I saw the development of the successful offshore oil development business day by day. I saw that the environment of the No. 2 platform in the Yeouido Center is improving day by day. I saw that the management level of the platform is improving day by day. I am a victorious marine oil man. And proud and proud.
Although I have achieved a little achievement in my work, my achievements are due to the care of leaders at all levels and the help of my colleagues. I just did my duty to a marine oil person.
