If I can continue to serve as the director of the civil affairs bureau, I must consciously accept the supervision of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress and insist on fulfilling the duties of the civil affairs bureau under the leadership of the county party committee and the county government. Grasping business requirements and grasping the requirements of team building, contributing to the economic construction and social stability of our county. Specifically, I will work hard to:
First, strive to be a good squad leader, do a good job in building the leadership team, and provide organizational and leadership guarantees for the development of civil affairs and the construction of civil servants. I will further strengthen the study of civil affairs and political theory. In particular, we must conscientiously study and implement Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" to ensure that their own quality is excellent and their style is excellent, and they will be driven by their work style of diligent and honest administration. And influence the team members to enhance the team's cohesiveness, appeal and combat effectiveness.
Second, consciously enhance the sense of political responsibility and earnestly do a good job in civil affairs business. Seriously implement the work arrangements of the civil affairs departments at higher levels.
