First, I will further strengthen my sense of responsibility. The second is to seize the opportunity of the state to increase investment in water conservancy construction and run the provincial running hall. Strive for projects and accelerate the construction of water conservancy infrastructure in our county. The third is to maintain system stability, strengthen the construction of water conservancy workforces, steadily promote the reform of the water conservancy project management system, and solve the problem of the water conservancy system “many people have nothing to do” and “more things are not done”. At the same time, in response to the problem of “difficulties in collecting water fees”, we will strive for the support of the county party committee, the county people's congress, and the county government, reform the water fee collection method, and strive to achieve a virtuous circle of water conservancy work as soon as possible.
Dear director, deputy director, and standing committee members, Shou County is a large agricultural county, water conservancy is agricultural, and agriculture is socially stable.
