Responsibility, duty, and duty (Director's inaugural speech)

Leaders, all staff:

I am very grateful to the leaders of the hospital and all the staff for their trust in me. I am elected as the director of the Hebei Provincial Institute of Microbiology. I know the weight of this election because behind it is the trust of 63 workers in the microbiology office.

The Institute of Microbiology has had a brilliant yesterday. However, for various reasons, our advantages are slowly lost. In the region and in our peers, the fact that we are outdated is exposed day by day.

It can be said that we are in a very critical period of development. At present, our face, challenges and opportunities are at the same time, and we can win the opportunity by actively meeting the challenges. Meeting the challenge with practical action, not oral language, is more important than ever. If we want to make a difference in this "critical development period", we must work hard in pragmatism. The so-called pragmatic, in the final analysis is to respect history, respect the reality, respect the people.

If every generation has its own mission, then the task that history has given us to this generation is to meet the challenge and strive for our development opportunities in the challenge.

I am 37 years old this year. I am near the year of "no confession". I understand that my mission is to work with all the staff and all of you here to work hard to get things done. Let us all under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Academy, with a clear-hearted work to ultimately represent the fundamental interests of all employees.

Thanks to the efforts of my predecessors, their past hard work will encourage me to move forward; they are now putting my burden on my shoulders, I will lead our team, unite the employees, and put us on the basis of existing conditions. The work has taken a new step.

In the current situation of the challenges I face, we must grasp three aspects: 1. In the future, the survival problem of the Institute requires one or two leading products to overcome the current situation of the income of products that I have no current products, and to consolidate the original situation of our institute. At the same time of the advantageous industries, we will look for new industries and concentrate our efforts on cultivating one to two new projects that can form industries and have market prospects, so that we can get rid of the current difficult situation as soon as possible, and strive for survival and development in the market. Workers have a stable source of income, and I will do my best to complete the construction of leading industries in one year.

I will lead the staff of the whole company, actively work hard to increase the income and welfare of employees, increase the income of the Institute, and fully consider the interests of employees with the leadership team, work together to increase the income and welfare of employees, and pay three in full and on time. In the past 20 years, under the leadership of the past, I have worked diligently and relentlessly, and have left a strong pen and ink on the construction history of our province. Today, I was elected as the director of the Institute of Microbiology, and I feel glorious. I am willing to do my duty in the future work and do my duty to return the trust of everyone.

While feeling glorious, I feel a lot of pressure when I say my heart, and the more people watch me silently, the more pressure I have. What I am hearing now is the encouragement of the comrades. What I think of is how to pay the hospital leadership and all the staff one year later. The many difficulties that I have accumulated over the long term have determined that the revitalization of our great events will surely be a protracted war and will not be a quick battle. In this process, it is necessary to have a bold, arrogant, and more resilience. For me, today is a new starting point. I will do it in a down-to-earth, diligent and responsible manner, and do the work of every day until the day I leave. My ability is limited and the level is not high, but I believe that the diligence can make up for it, and I am willing to "stupid birds fly first." I think that as long as the mountains are dug up like Yugong Yishan, it will definitely be effective. What's more important is that we have a lot of talents. As long as we can organize everyone and mobilize everyone's enthusiasm, our business will have great hope.

Here, I sincerely hope that all leaders and all staff will support, supervise and help. Without everyone's support, I will accomplish nothing. For the development of our company, we invite all employees to offer ideas, unite and love each other, help each other, and do their part. Do your best. I will unite and lead all the staff, advance with the times, overcome difficulties, and create a beautiful tomorrow with a new style, high fighting spirit and realistic style.
