I am from Tianjin Data Communication Bureau. The topic of my speech today is "I am communicating with Tianjin."
Speaking of the topic I chose, compared with the senior staff here, there seems to be no qualification to talk about. After all, I joined the huge team of Tianjin Communications in less than five months, in this short time. I have to talk about "I am communicating with Tianjin" very deeply. It seems that it is not realistic. However, I still can't help but pick up the pen and want to write out a little bit of feeling in my heart for everyone to share.
I graduated from school in 1999, and the data communication bureau that entered Tianjin Communications Company was in January 2002. In the past two years or so, I have been working in several small businesses in the field of computer technology. Afterwards, due to the imperfect enterprise system and loose management, they lost confidence. At the beginning of 2002, an accidental opportunity, I logged into the home page of the Tianjin hotline and saw a recruitment notice. I am no stranger to the Tianjin Data Communication Bureau. Because I have had some business dealings with the Data Communication Bureau because of my work relationship. Every time I come here to do business, I will admire the clean, clean and elegant environment here; I am attracted by the orderly work order here, so the psychological default is that the employees working here must have good professional qualities, they must It is a capable team. So, when I saw the job posting, I did not hesitate to fill out my resume information. My kind of eagerness to join the Tianjin Communications team is so strong.
I did not expect that after two interviews, I was told to try it out. I was so happy! At that time, I made up my mind that I must study with humility, study hard, work diligently, and I will contribute to it, realize my ideals here, and win glory for Tianjin Communications for the Data Bureau!
After more than four months of running-in, I have established a good friendship with my new colleagues. They have helped me and made me feel the warmth of family. They made me familiar with the business process and work content here as soon as possible, so that I can use my skills here, so that my learning is actually applied, and I have created more development space for me. I don’t think there is any more. What can bring me more happiness than this, so I am more passionate about the data bureau and Tianjin communication!
We circulate all the files that the company issues each time, and I read them carefully every time. This is a good company system and a rigorous work attitude. I have been engaged in technical work during my work in the data office. Although, I don't directly face customers, I know that continuing to provide satisfactory communication services to customers is the endless pursuit of Tianjin Telecom. Every time I saw the enthusiasm of the colleagues in the marketing group to receive the customers, I was almost impressed! For the IT industry, some customers are ignorant, must be patiently answered, and treat each customer with sincerity so that they can maintain old customers and develop new users.

Having said that, I want to talk about one thing I encountered at work. It was a Saturday and I came to the data office to work overtime. It stands to reason that the normal public holiday like this, should not accept the market business work, and thought that I have not been here for a long time, I am afraid that can not solve the customer's request, but I still picked up the phone. At first, this customer apologized for his difficulties. Fortunately, his problems I have encountered in my work before, I know how to solve. However, his problems are not in the scope of my work, and they are not in the scope of my department's work, but the employees in the departments that should be responsible are not there. What can I do? The customer is anxious, I am more anxious, because I used to be such a customer, and for the same problem for a long time, the anxious mood, just like, suddenly got a disease, begged the doctor to heal immediately. At that time, I made up my mind that I must solve this customer's problem smoothly. Later, after a lot of cooperation from various departments, this problem was solved in only one and a half days. When I informed the customer of this message, he expressed his gratitude. In fact, I feel that every employee of Tianjin Telecom, regardless of whether you directly face the customer, should take customer satisfaction as the goal in the work, win the customer with skilled business knowledge, and operate all the staff, all employees? It is the company's long-term commitment to market development. After winning the customer, it won the market, which is the cheat in modern shopping malls.
A wonderful music festival requires all the band members to concentrate and step in the same way; a successful company is also indispensable for teamwork and unity!
