Fast----is to get familiar with the situation as soon as possible and enter the role. Diligence----It is to study hard and improve the professional work level. It is necessary to study the political theories such as the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and learn from other professional work knowledge such as the "Provisional Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government", master the daily work procedures, standardize the drafting of official documents, and establish a sound and scientific working system.
Deep----is to go deep into the grassroots and persist in research. Try to squeeze out time, go out of the office, go deep into the various units to understand the leadership team, the young cadres' ideological dynamics, work style construction, work situation, etc., and timely reflect and propose countermeasures and suggestions to the ministers in response to the prevailing outstanding problems.
New ---- is to reform and innovation, safe and efficient. First, in view of the complicated work responsibilities and the large work department, it is recommended that the management coordination of daily work be divided into several large sections according to the system, and the head of the office or the chief of the secret department of a comprehensive department should be designated as the liaison; Reform efforts, streamlining the internal stock room and personnel, mainly to do a good job in competition, increase the intensity of the lazy flow; third, actively explore the establishment of a new employment mechanism and supervision mechanism, focusing on the timely processing of the two types of cadres First, the cadres who are not good at the current leadership team and lack leadership level should be "down" in a timely manner.
