Today, the topic of my speech is "Who is holding the color dance and dancing in the air - the Communist Party members in my mind."
First of all, I want to ask everyone to close their eyes and let their thoughts return to the moment they swore in the solemn party.... I think many people will be as emotional as me. Because from that moment on, we are different from ordinary people, and we have become glorious Communists. Then, what exactly is the true Communist Party member, what is the most precious and unique quality of the Communist Party members? Today I want to talk about my understanding with three familiar sentences and the advanced deeds around me.
My first sentence is "Serve the people wholeheartedly." If our party is now a child who is growing up, then the people of the people are our biological parents. "Whoever says what he wants, he has won three Chunhuis." Whether it is the benevolent people who throw their heads and sprinkle blood in the revolutionary war years, or the advanced figures who are doing their best for our party's cause, as a Communist Party member, they are all using their own actions. "Spring silkworms to the dead silk side, the wax torch into the gray tears began to dry." Communists like the Secretary of the People’s Republic of China, who care for the people and do their best, are no shortage of people. Perhaps, their careers are not vigorous, but it is because of them that the people's days are too real and prosperous; perhaps, their names may not be household names, but their contribution is enough to make a great contribution.
My second sentence is "learning, learning, and learning." "Where can you be clear, you can only live with water." If we say that our party's cause is like a spring river, then the never-ending study is the source of this river. Human society has entered the era of knowledge economy. In the rapid growth of global gross national product, the share of knowledge has risen from 5% in the 20th century to 80%-90% today. There is such a formula in Western modern management: L< C=D. L is learning learning, C is change change, D is die death, that is to say, learning can not keep up with the changes of the times, only a dead end, it must be eliminated by the times. Only by continually learning can our Communists stand at the forefront of the times and advance our party's cause. Comrade Zhang Jishi of our bureau is an example for us to learn.
Zhang Ji Shi, who has just been in contact with statistics, is not a smooth ride, but he can endure hardships and be good at learning. In the daytime, I followed the old comrades who are familiar with the business. I went home to study at night, and sometimes I didn’t even take a sip of water and eat a bowl of rice. Hard work pays off, finally, the door of statistics slowly opened to him, not only entered the door, but also the results of the research, he quickly rose from a statistical recruit to a good statistical talent. What is more worth mentioning is his extraordinary ability to innovate, industrial value-added data processing programs, database construction and other problems have been overcome in his excellent research work. On the fertile ground of the quiet work, he has gained a lot of fruit and was awarded the honorary title of “Hunan Provincial People Satisfied Public Servant” by the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government.
My third sentence is "to come to practice from practice." "Wide sea diving, sky high the birds to fly". But the fish can't live without it, and the birds can fly without it. Similarly, the advanced nature of our Communist Party members can only be exerted in the process of building socialist material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and building a harmonious society. In the United Kingdom, there was once a man who read all the books in the British Library, but no one book came out in his life, because he never picked up the pen. Therefore, I believe that in order to realize its own value, a Communist Party member must devote himself to the great practice of modernization. Here, I want to tell you about another person. He is Comrade Guo Yuesheng of our office.
Guo Yuesheng is an excellent individual who has won the job for many years and an advanced individual who works in the province. From the confidential position to the secretarial position, he did a line, loved a line, drilled a line, and refined a line, and the work he was responsible for was all at ease. He returned to the office on the third day after major thoracic surgery to deal with the urgent, the doctor told him to rest for a month, but he only took a break for half a month to go to work.
