Second, let the students be satisfied as a judge

3. Teachers who are satisfied with the students must understand respect and tolerance.

Every day, I always say hello to the students and find out who's collars are not turned up or the laces are scattered. I will take the initiative to give them a whole. At the same time, I don’t easily speak to my classmates who have not raised their hands. Think again, think about it later. After a period of experimentation, the students found that I was a teacher with words and trust. Gradually, the students’ thinking is active and the number of speakers is increasing.

As a small teacher, I am faced with a group of eleven or two years old. Their self-control is poor, the concept of right and wrong is not strong, and they often make some mistakes in one way or another. I never reprimanded them, nor criticized everyone, always looking for an appropriate time to face-to-face communication and communication. In doing so, it not only protects students' self-esteem, but also relieves students' psychological pressure and solves practical problems. I remember a student in my class changed his time because of the school. He was late. When he stood at the door of the classroom, the whole class’s eyes were cast on him. He bowed his head. My tolerance has won the trust of the students, and criticism has been denounced for understanding communication, and the student's heart is close to me. Educating people will do more with less.

4. Teachers who are satisfied with students must have a sound personality.

All the students I have taught, I have warned them that they want to be adults. Only talents with sound personality are useful. In order to cultivate students' sound personality, in the details of life that students are familiar with, I integrate my personality charm into it, affecting the personality of students. I once organized a class meeting with the theme of “Being a qualified small consumer”. I took the supermarkets that the students are very familiar with as the carrier. I want the students to remember what they saw in the supermarket, what to think about, and then enumerate me. Some phenomena, such as customers do not talk about hygiene, touch the bare cakes with their hands; unwanted things are randomly placed, and some even put detergents in biscuits, etc., to guide students to analyze these behaviors. From these ordinary little things, students can realize some of the public ethics that consumers should abide by. Students are young and don't understand the truth. I start with the familiar people and things, from what they might encounter, help them accumulate life experiences, and improve their ability to distinguish between right and wrong. For example, I once took the bus and the driver found me a counterfeit currency. I took this to the class and asked the students to help me out. Some let me find a chance to use it; some for me. I took the opportunity to ask the students: "Will you be such a driver in the future?" The students said "no" in unison. I also told them that I would leave this special coin as a commemoration. Students support me to do this. There is no reason, no repeated preaching, and the children are infected and scented by me.
