When you hear the topic of this speech, you may have to be surprised. Wings and gold seem to have neither contradiction nor contradiction. How do you talk about them? actually not. Let us listen to the interpretation of the famous Indian poet Tagore! He said: "After the bird's wings are tied with gold, then it will not fly anymore." Yes! How can a bird fly with such a heavy load? The birds are like this, and the people are the same. Especially as a tax worker, because once they bind heavy gold on their own body, the dazzling light will surely make him unable to distinguish between the north and the south, and the heavy burden. It will definitely make him lose the ability to fly high.

Of course, after all, I would rather let the wings bind the gold. After all, I don’t want to fly freely in the sky. In the age of heroes, who wouldn’t want to emerge. In the local taxation team that gathers money for the Republic, more are the outstanding children who are honest, self-love and abandon gold. They all have a pair of wings that are good at flying. It is they who supported China's financial building with noble personality. It was their hard work that won the praise of people from the bottom of their hearts; it is they who use the image of honesty and integrity to maintain the dignity of the tax law.

You may still remember Comrade Li Yuguo! As the person in charge of the basic taxation department of Zhanhua County in Shandong Province, although the official rank is not high, but also governs thousands of taxpayers, but he has never used his power to seek personal gain. Is he rich? No. Is he not needing money? Nor is it. The bureau raised funds to build a house, and others paid more than 60,000 yuan. Li Yuguo could not afford the house, but he never taxed the idea. In order to block the gifts of some industrial and commercial households, he often secretly went home and locked the door, even the lights in the living room did not dare to light up. The phone is taken down, the phone is closed, and the door is not open. Once, my daughter came home from school, and a self-employed person put down the gift and left. When the daughter chased the door, the gift-giving person had already disappeared. After Li Yuguo came back, he reprimanded his daughter: "The gift of the family is to look at the power in my hands. In Li Yuguo, there have been many and many things that refused to bribe. But this is a tax cadre who is clean and self-disciplined and has a breeze. At the age of 32, he was killed by heinous liver cancer due to overwork. At the end of his death, his last wish was to take a look at the expropriation of his work. At this time, he still thought of the taxation cause that he loved for life, and he still remembered the comrades-in-arms comrades who lived together day and night. He did not make any request to the organization for his loved ones. Isn't he a driver who is not driven by profit, not for gold? Isn't he just a local tax cadre who is upright and top-notch? Isn't he a public servant of the people who have done their best and died? Although it only lived for a short period of thirty-two years, it is more meaningful than some people who have lived for sixty or seventy years. Although there are no real wings, they have a wing of the soul. His behavior should not let the tax cadres who can't help but seduce feel self-deprecating?

Many years ago, a young man who studied cello went to the great cellist Casals of this century to ask: How can I become a good cellist? Facing an ambitious young man, Casals responds meaningfully: first to become a good and capitalist, then to become a good and uppercase musician, and then to become a good cellist. When I heard this story, I was still young. I still don’t understand much about the meanings revealed by the old man. However, with the emergence of a batch of tax models such as Wang Zhenmin and Li Yuguo, this answer is deeper and deeper in my mind. I also know more about the deep meaning of Casals's answer. How can we become an excellent taxpayer? There is a voice in my heart that answers: first become a good person, then become a good public official, and then naturally become an excellent local tax worker. I know that this road is very long, but I will be persistent.

At this moment, I am standing on the podium. My speech may not be wonderful enough, but I still have to say out loud: Gold is valuable and the price of the wings is higher. Comrades, don't let the light of gold cover up your own brilliance. Don't let the heavy weight of gold drag your light wings, then please abandon those unjust gold and enjoy flying in the sky of taxation!
