Standing here, the last thing I want to say is: I am proud - I am a Yongzhong person. This is also the topic of my speech tonight.
Eight years ago, I graduated from college, and I was ideal. I left my hometown and went to Yonghe Middle School to teach. At that time, Yongzhong had just moved here, there was no wall, and there was no gate. The entire school has more than 10 classes, 30 teachers, the school is not only small in scale, the quality of teaching is not high, and there is not much impact in Jinjiang Education. However, after several years of hard work, Yongzhong has developed from a middle school to a middle school, and the quality of teaching has improved significantly. Yongzhong has not only the first-class sports field in Jinjiang, but also the curriculum reform in Yongzhong is at the forefront of Jinjiang.
Yongzhong can have such achievements today. The key is that there are a large number of teachers who love their jobs, selfless dedication, school as their home, and love their lives. I am proud of them and I am a member of the Evergrande family. Therefore, I am also proud of myself.
I remember a colleague who said that the teacher has a small illness and does not have to go to the doctor. Instead, he should go to see the student and the illness will be good. He said this, and he did the same. His body is not very good, but for several years, he did not ask the school for a day off, and there was no class for no reason. In Yongzhong, there are still many teachers like this. One teacher did not go home to visit the parents who had been old for five or six years for work and study. Another teacher fainted in the classroom and was taken to the infirmary by the students and returned to the classroom after eating the medicine; Several female teachers were still attending classes for their beloved students a few days before they gave birth. As for the young children who entrusted their parents to look after, the elderly parents asked for the care of their older brothers. Every time I hear my colleagues say this, or see a teacher who is sick and insists on class, I will have an unspeakable feeling in my heart. I sincerely admire them.
Yongzhong’s teachers are not only devoted to their work, but also selflessly dedicated, and they are home to school and love their lives. Whenever students encounter setbacks, they always use the wind and rain to solve the troubles of the students and raise the sails of advancement. When the students succeed in being enchanted by the joy of victory, they also sound the alarm in the ear of the students. Let them understand the philosophy of "one hundred feet, one step further," further. Most of the teachers are not very good because of years of hard work, but what they care about is the learning and health of every student. The students are ill, and they always send the students to the hospital first, and then notify the parents of the students. The students did not come to school, and they always had a cloak of rain and came home. They don't have spacious homes, no luxury cars, and some are just a heavy burden on the students' heavy love and parents.
In the eyes of people, the teacher is "the most brilliant career under the sun" and "the engineer of the human soul." Candles, gardeners have almost become synonymous with teachers. The profession of the teacher is noble, but at the same time the profession of the teacher is also bitter. This is especially true for the ordinary end of such a rural area in Yongzhong. But the teachers in Yongzhong are indifferent to fame and fortune, selfless dedication, and the progress of the students is their greatest gain; the students’ "teachers are good" is their great wealth.
The ancients said: "One year's plan, like a tree valley; ten years, like a tree; life-long plan, like a tree man", I am glad that the fate has given me the profession of teachers, I have no regrets when I chose. As long as I can stand on the podium, I will definitely lead by example and be a teacher. I must be worthy of the title of "teacher" and worthy of the title of "Yongzhongren".
