Hello!

First of all, I am very grateful to everyone for giving me this opportunity to speak. I am proud to be able to participate in the competition for the election of our Sanba Village Committee. The content of my speech today is divided into three parts: one is my personal situation; the second is my job advantage; the third is my work concept.

First, my personal situation

My name is Huang Guoxiang. I am 41 years old. I am a member of the Communist Party of China. I joined the work in 1993 and worked as a village accountant. Since 1999, I have served as a village planning student. I have been rated as an advanced individual in the planning and childbirth work by the district government.

In the past six years as a village family planning professional, I have been full of enthusiasm for planning and childbearing work, and reported to the maintenance of national policies and the desire to serve the people, and strive to learn from professional and experienced leaders and comrades, political thinking. Awareness and business level have been greatly improved.

Second, my position advantage

First, I have worked as a village planner for many years and always work at the grassroots front line. I am very familiar with the situation of the whole village and the situation of all couples of childbearing age. I can treat the people of childbearing age in good faith and treat them as my brothers and sisters and serve them sincerely. In 2002, together with the members of the two committees of the village branch, I moved the pregnancy check-up room and the population school from the dark and damp basement to the present new village, providing a good environment for reproductive health testing and learning for the sisters.

Secondly, since I became a village-based family manager, I have been able to work around the principle of “stabilizing low birth rates, improving the quality of the birth population, serving the grassroots and serving the people”, under the guidance of the higher-level family planning department and the leadership of the two committees. A lot of solid and effective work, and achieved certain results. Before 2001, the family planning work of our village was still unknown. With the support, help and self-effort of the comrades, from 2002 to 2004, our village was rated as the municipal-level project birth work Hongqi Village for three consecutive years, and For more than ten years, there has been no illegal birth, and the fertility rate has been maintained at 100%.

Third, I insist on political study, and strive to improve my ability to use the party's basic theories and line principles to analyze and solve problems; to adhere to the plan to study fertility business, to study the family planning policy, laws and regulations, and to explore in practice. Improve your ability to serve people of childbearing age.

Third, my work concept

If the organization trusts and comrades support, let me be elected as a member of the village committee and a village planner. I will combine the actual situation of our village and carry out the following work with full enthusiasm and high sense of responsibility:

1. Coordinate various aspects of the relationship, take the initiative to report to the town party committee and government to improve my business level, get the understanding and support of the superior leaders; often visit the brother village and advanced units to conduct business exchanges and learning; often Visit the people, solicit good opinions and suggestions, and rapport and facilitate work.

2. Further serve women of childbearing age. Make policy propaganda work, send propaganda materials for family planning to the majority of women of childbearing age in time, help women of childbearing age to choose contraceptive measures, let the majority of women of childbearing age understand the family planning, understand the family planning, and then support the family planning work; Policy consultation, help the majority of women of childbearing age to go through the relevant procedures for family planning, and actively assist the women of childbearing age who are pregnant with the policy to provide a good birth certificate; provide on-site service, be a caring person for women of childbearing age, conduct postpartum and postoperative follow-up, and send it in time. Contraceptives, inform the precautions.
3. Continue to maintain the honor of the city planning and breeding Red Flag Village, further improve the work level, create characteristics on the basis of good work in our village, and expand the visibility of the family planning work in our village.

4. Under the premise of doing a good job, obey the overall situation, actively cooperate with the village committee and the two committees to carry out other work such as good economy and stability, and do our best for the comprehensive development of the Sanba Village and to lead the people to become rich and run a well-off society.
