Looking back at the work experience since 1992, combined with the opinions and suggestions of the employees of the group company on their party style, and in accordance with the requirements of the "three represents" spirit, they have searched and analyzed the problems existing in the party style.

First, the problem

1. Political learning is not well grasped, and Marxist theory is poor.

The main manifestation is that when political theory is studied, it is tight, not solid, not systematic, and the contact work is not enough. For political theory learning, you can't take the initiative to find time and squeeze time to learn. It is often an excuse for tight time, busy work, and a coping attitude to learn. The study of political theory is not solid, and the theory of Marxism is poor. Whether it is concentrated learning in the group or participating in various types of off-the-job training, it is only to listen, read, write, and remember. It is not good to understand and digest the learning points. Learning is incomplete and not systematic. In the course of study, when the requirements of superior leaders are strict, the initiative and effect of learning during the off-season will be better. I usually have to study and often take study notes. I rarely learn the original text, look at the original work, and go deep into the school to learn deeply. This is largely one-sided. It can only be a big leaf and a half-knowledge. It can neither grasp the full content of learning, nor master the essentials. Political theory learning lacks theory and practice, just learning for learning, remembering to use a few words in the discussion, and rarely combining political theory learning with personal ideological work, let alone guiding the actual situation. Work does have a problem of disconnection between theory and practice.

2, work is not strong.

Due to the lack of party spirit, since the reform and opening up, the corruption in the party and society has not been correctly understood in thought. I am embarrassed by the work, I am not eager to advance in my work, I am not striving for work, and I am not trying to be hard on the work style. . Since I have worked in the engineering department for 28 years, I have experienced hundreds of large and small projects. I have some problems and lessons in the project, but I have a lot of experience. I feel that I have "made" for a while. Therefore, in the study of business knowledge, I only want to go through it. I don’t want to rely on feelings to work and rely on experience. I have not played the role that a deputy general manager of a group company should play, and it has also affected the work.

3. The implementation of democratic centralism is not active and conscious.

In implementing democratic centralism, there has not been an improvement in the importance of implementing the extreme importance of democratic centralism from the perspective of party spirit and party work. In the process of implementation, it is not conscious, not active, and not serious enough. I am reluctant to express my own opinions and opinions on the major decision-making issues that the group company has researched and formulated. It echoes with the voice and rarely gives opinions and suggestions. In the team, we can self-criticize ourselves, and only stress the criticism of others. Seeking a group of peace, principle is not strong.

4. Lack of responsibility and work management is not enough.

First, when the section of the bridge and tunnel overhaul section was long, the care of the collective enterprise was not enough. The remaining problems were not solved in my post, and the life of the collective workers was not guaranteed. The pension insurance could not be paid, resulting in more collective workers. The petition and litigation have become a "stubborn disease" around the unit. In dealing with this issue, my idea is limited to the problem of large collectives. It was caused by the previous leaders and relevant leaders of the higher authorities. When I was a long time, I was already heavy and hard to return. I have no way to return to life, so I failed to mobilize the cadres and workers. Open up ideas, reverse the passive situation, conduct investigations, research and reforms at a deep level to try to get rid of the plight of the collective enterprises left over from history.

Second, he is in charge of the safety and quality work of the group company. Because he is sometimes busy with project management, he consciously and unconsciously relaxes the safety and quality work of the whole company, and does not strictly enforce the work requirements of the department's safety department. It’s not very tight, especially in the new construction of the 372k water damage bridge in the 96-year-old big line. When the beam accident occurred, he also took the lead to conceal it. The safety and quality work only stayed in the form of meeting, inspection, and notification, lacking deep investigation. 5. There is still a certain gap between working methods and style.

First, there is an empiricism tendency. Since I graduated from the engineering department, I have worked in the engineering department. Subjectively, I feel that what kind of project, what project, and what work does not matter, plus that I think that I have a lot of experience, I have a wide range of opinions, I am not worried about it, even if the violation of safety and quality is close to the edge of the accident, It has not attracted enough attention. Therefore, there are many times in the office, and there is less time for the grassroots and in-depth production. There are many experiences and more opinions. Listening to the problems is more important, and there are fewer internal problems according to their problems. Second, the working methods are sometimes too direct and simple. Because their own learning is not tightly grasped, the business level and work ability cannot keep up with the requirements of the rapid development situation, leading to analysis of problems, ideas and capabilities for solving problems, and requirements for modern management work. A certain distance. Third, there is a lack of solid work style, and the enthusiasm for ecstasy has diminished. In the past, the kind of enthusiasm has been solid, and when problems are encountered, it is necessary to make a difference in the work style, and it will gradually fade. Pay attention to the mouth in the work, ignore the hands-on, pay attention to the surface, ignore the internal, pay attention to the form, ignore the reality, and only ask for the work assigned by the general manager to go through the hardships. Sometimes I still think that I have a short time to enter the team. I am not willing to communicate with you, and I am not willing to talk about my own subjective opinions. There is a tendency of good people. Sometimes the work that I manage is not tight, and the requirements are not strict.

6. There are still some problems in the construction of party style and clean government.

I am able to carry out the relevant regulations of the higher authorities. I and my family have no business, public funds to travel abroad, and travel to the mountains and rivers. The lover lives in the city school and the son is still studying. But from the perspective of itself, there are still deficiencies. 7. Insufficient understanding of the "xx" problem.

I did not participate in the practice of "xx" among myself and my relatives and surrounding comrades, but my own illegal organization of "xx" caused serious harm to the society. In particular, some "xx" obsessed people made self-immolation incidents in Tiananmen Square. They knew and were very angry. However, there is a lack of intensity and responsibility for publicity and education for the workers and staff around.

Second, the cause of the problem

1. Insufficient understanding of the importance of theoretical learning.

Subjectively and ideologically, it pays less attention to the study of political theory. It believes that production and management are hard indicators, and learning can be put aside. Learning to learn will not affect the current work, and does not regard learning theory as the first need for leading cadres to improve their quality. Moreover, it is wrong to think that political theory can't solve practical problems. As long as there is no problem in big principle problems, the meaning of learning is not too big. Sometimes, if construction and production are busy, they will not attend to study. In the depth of mastering the theory, it is also dealing with the surface, knowing the half-solution, writing the learning experience is not as serious as in the past. Because of the lack of learning, it will inevitably lead to the lack of strength and depth of theoretical guidance in practice.

2. The ideal belief is weak.

Due to the lack of political theory and the incomplete transformation of the world outlook, in the current great period of change, in the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, although he sincerely advocates reform and believes that socialism can defeat capitalism, Some problems that have arisen in the reforms, especially the corruption in some senior leaders in the party, the ugly problems in the society, some large and medium-sized old state-owned enterprises have stopped working and went bankrupt, and industrial workers have been laid off, so that they are not only emotionally anxious. And there are some doubts, and it is difficult to deal with and solve the problem. This just shows that my ideals and beliefs have caused a decline. The establishment of political beliefs is still not strong. This party-style party style education has made itself fully aware of this issue, reflecting that it is not enough to study Deng Xiaoping Theory, xx comrades' "three represents" thinking and the spirit of the party's 15th National Congress. strengthen.

3. The transformation of the world outlook is not complete.

By looking up the causes of problems, and deeply reflecting on ourselves, the most fundamental problem is that the transformation of world outlook, outlook on life, and values ​​is not thorough enough. There is no real establishment of a Marxist world outlook, outlook on life, and values. This is a problem. The root of it. In the past few years, I have felt that I have been in the party for 20 years. I have been receiving the education of the party for a long time. When I have been a cadre for more than 20 years, with the increase of age, although there is not too high hope and strong initiative, How can we not have problems that contradict the standards of party members? Therefore, in the depths of my heart, I have come up with the idea of ​​satisfying the status quo. I think that I am a step in the engineering department, and I have to step on it. I haven’t pulled it one step at a time, and I’ve been working on it, and I’m doing it for a while, on the level and ability. Not bad. Don't let employees make irresponsible remarks, they don't have any big problems. I neglected the transformation of the world outlook, neglected the exercise and improvement of party spirit, neglected to use the standards of party members and cadres at all times to strictly demand themselves, regulate their own words and deeds, and lowered their self-cultivation standards, resulting in a weak party spirit. The standard of work is reduced in quality, self-requirement and self-restraint relaxation, which has caused certain problems in the party style. Sometimes I think that the time for entering the team is short, the experience is shallow, and I don’t want to express my opinions. I also follow the big problem of "three big and one big". I can only carry out self-criticism in the middle of the team, and have opinions and opinions to other members. The idea can not communicate in a timely and thorough manner, causing certain losses to the work of the group company.

4. The ideal belief tree is not strong.

The reasons for this problem are: the concept of serving employees is weak, the position of the master and the public servant is not correct; the second is that they have been in the engineering department for a long time, and they are from the most basic level, the situation of the project I know a lot of mastery and rich experience in construction. I feel that there are some things and problems that can be solved in the office, so I don't have to go to the construction site or go to the scene. The third is the lack of selfless work and hard work, not high standards, satisfied with generalization, chasing the reason is that their self-cultivation is poor, and the awareness of serving employees is not strong.

Third, rectification measures

1. Strengthen the study of political theory and put the theory of learning well at the forefront.

First of all, we must further enhance the understanding of the importance of learning theory and enhance the initiative and consciousness of learning theory. Turn learning theory into its top priority. Based on the seasonal characteristics of the engineering department and the actual construction, formulate learning plans to ensure learning time and progress, and no less than four hours of theoretical study time per week. Adhere to the standards of party members and leading cadres, and consciously abide by party disciplines and various regulations, constantly correct their own problems, overcome their own problems and deficiencies, and improve their self-cultivation.

3, honest and diligent, strict self-discipline.

We must further raise the awareness of the importance of building anti-corruption and building the party's style, conscientiously implement the responsibility system for building a clean and honest government, and the relevant provisions on the construction of a clean government at all levels. 4. Adhere to the principle of democratic centralism.

We must conscientiously implement the system of democratic centralism, resolutely overcome good people, actively carry out criticism and self-criticism, and actively participate in the decisions of the group companies, especially the "three majors and one big" issue.
