1. The concept of party spirit is not strong and the attention paid to the work of the party is not enough.

I am not strong in thinking about party spirit. Many things are used to thinking about issues from an administrative perspective. Although I am also a member of the party committee, I have come across the work of the party committee. I always think that the secretary will be well managed, so I rarely take the initiative to ask. 2. The concept of the people is not strong enough to go deep into the grassroots.

The work arranged in the office is often arranged to the middle-level cadres, and the general assembly is rarely held.

3. Management work is not detailed and detailed, and it is not tight.

Although I have been doing leadership work for more than ten years, my management ability is not strong. I am calculating the party that I entered after returning from studying in the United States. The party is not long and there are not many activities to participate in the party organization. In the depths of thought, I still regard myself as an ordinary scientific researcher. Despite being a member of the party committee, he has not really regarded himself as a party worker. The work in the lectures is often about scientific research on scientific research, and does not link the management of the Institute of Computing with the consolidation of the party’s ruling status in the scientific front. The party spirit is not strong because the organizational concept is not strong. First, we must strengthen the organizational concept. Only by recognizing the powerful strength of the party organization will we actively consider relying on the party organization to play the core fortress role in our work.

Insufficient to go deep into the grassroots is superficially busy with work, the essence is the issue of public opinion, and the question of who is serving the relationship. I am an intellectual who is a research scientist. I am used to dealing with books and I am not good at dealing with people. After becoming a director, in fact, the status has changed. I don’t think that others often regard the director as an "official". There is a gap in the invisible. Even small things that talk and talk may open the distance from the people. Being good at discovering the merits of employees and being good at discovering positive factors from grassroots work should be the qualities that leaders must have. I just lack this ability. To strengthen the people's point of view, we must cultivate this quality. Objectively speaking, I have part-time jobs in the Engineering Institute, the 863 Expert Committee, the National Informatization Expert Committee, the Computer Society and other organizations and organizations. There are more activities outside, which reduces the time spent in the calculation office. In the future, we should try our best to ensure more time to work in the computing department, and try to squeeze out time to go to the grassroots level and get in touch with more front-line workers to understand their actual ideas.

The management work is not specific and meticulous, but it is not only the problem of management ability of work methods, but also the responsibility of work. For those of us who have become academicians in their early 60s, although they have not had the idea of ​​"the ship arrives at the bridge to the station", they have not yet reached the realm of "honor and shame," but the incentives have not been effective for me. The so-called sense of mission should not only refer to the individual's psychological feelings, but should have a sense of responsibility to complete the task of organization. . The fact that a job is not checked is actually a manifestation of a lack of responsibility. If employment is difficult, the calculation should strengthen employment guidance, actively recommend students, and reduce the ideological burden of students. One of the main responsibilities of the leadership is to create a good environment, especially the research environment. It is necessary to carefully analyze the gaps between the Institute and the first-class scientific research institutions in foreign countries. If some foreign academic groups have not participated in the impact of scientific research, they must join these groups and strive to do what they calculate. Research is similar to doing research in a foreign country.

It doesn’t matter if you catch a job. Over the years, the calculations have formed some bad habits, and it is necessary to make great efforts to improve the management of the calculation institute. First of all, we must start from the working mode of the ministry. According to the annual plan, we must formulate quarterly plans and monthly plans, and we must catch a few major events every month.
