I. Understanding of party spirit

In carrying out education activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members, through earnestly studying the report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, party constitutions and other guidance materials, and revisiting the party constitution and revisiting the oath of joining the party, I deeply realized that education to maintain the advanced nature of party members was carried out. There are still some gaps in the standards, mainly in the following points:

1. Strengthening party spirit is not profound enough. Party spirit is the foundation of Communist Party members. Strengthening party spirit and training is the eternal theme of every Communist Party member's life. In contrast to party members' standards and advanced typical figures, I feel that I have not done enough in the following aspects. First, the theoretical cultivation is not enough. It is mainly systematically studying Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents". The initiative of learning is not strong, and it is often learned for learning. 2. The purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly is not very solid. In daily teaching and research work, the public servant awareness of serving students, serving colleagues, and serving the development of the School of Transportation and Management is not very profound. I didn’t think about what I thought of the people, and I was anxious for the people’s urgency; I wanted to be the leader’s thoughts, and I was anxious for the leadership.

3. Business research is not enough. In the usual teaching and research work, the study of business knowledge is not enough, and there is a lack of a strong pioneering and innovative spirit. I believe that some of my business knowledge can cope with general teaching and research tasks, and lacks hard work, perseverance, perseverance in learning and work spirit. It is not enough to make a proactive approach to the development of schools and management departments.

Third, the root cause analysis of existing problems and deficiencies

1. I usually relax on the study of political theory, and my own party-based exercise is not enough. I usually study political theory. 3. Professionalism is not strong enough to be satisfied with the immediate work. In daily teaching and research work, I am satisfied with the task of completing the task in general, and sometimes I think that I can take my own class and complete my own research tasks. Sometimes the work is satisfied with generalization, basically in a state of coping, paying one thing to do one thing, work is not innovative, and work sometimes shrinks. Fourth, improve the measures and efforts
